Models

For model fitment information, see the P&A retail catalog or the Parts and Accessories section of www.harley-davidson.com

(English only).

Kit Contents

See Table 1.

This is not a toy. Keep children and babies away. Improper use could cause suffocation which could result in death or serious injury. (00642b)

NOTE

An area of approximately 4 x 10 ft (91.4 x 304.8 cm) is required to set up the Harley Bubble. Harley-Davidson recommends using the Jiffy Stand Coaster part number 94647-98 with this kit to protect the fabric of the Harley Bubble base mat. The Jiffy

Stand Coaster may be purchased separately from your Harley-

Davidson Dealer.

NOTE

This airflow storage system is intended for indoor use only.

Using the Harley Bubble outside will make it impossible to control the moisture and temperature levels within the bubble.

Keep in mind that moisture may form underneath the floor section.

The air intake filter must be located away from outside doors or sources of heat such as water heaters or furnaces, roll-up metal doors or washer/dryers. Failure to do so may cause excess moisture to form within the bubble.

The air filter should be kept clean by hand washing with mild soap and water.

Do not place any source of heat, such as a light bulb, inside or near the Harley-Bubble, or the Harley-Bubble may be damaged. (00643b)

INSTALLATION

1.

Select the location to set up the Harley-Bubble with the following considerations in mind: a.

The Harley Bubble will occupy an area approximately

4 x 10 ft (91.4 x 304.8 cm).

b.

The start of the zipper location must be located near a source of electricity.

c.

The air intake should be located away from outside doors and heat sources.

d.

The surface should be as flat as possible.

2.

Place the base mat in the selected location. All sides of the base mat must be accessible so that the zippers can be easily reached.

3.

Roll the motorcycle onto the base mat. The motorcycle should be slightly to the right of the center of the mat, so that when it is leaned against the jiffy stand it will rest in the center of the bike bubble.

NOTE

Using a Jiffy Stand Coaster (part number 94647-98) or similar device is recommended to protect the fabric of the Harley

Bubble.

4.

Start at the fan end and carefully drape the upper clear section of the bubble over the motorcycle. Close both zippers to secure the top to the base.

5.

Plug the 12V transformer into the fan and the cover will self inflate. While the bubble is filling up with air, watch to be sure the plastic does not get snagged on any bike parts.

It may be necessary to lift the plastic as the bubble fills with air to avoid any tears in the plastic. Place the air filter

(part number 94688-00) over the fan by pushing the brim of the filter inside the black fabric.

The transformer must run constantly to keep the Harley

Bubble inflated. To deflate the Harley Bubble, unplug the transformer.

6.

To increase air flow through the cover to dry off wet motorcycles or to regulate the air pressure in extremely hot weather, adjust the rear zipper closure to allow proper automatic ventilation through the zippers.
