Multifunctional hydrotherapy tub is used to automatic underwater massage, pearl bath and chromotherapy.
Magellan can be used to automatic underwater massage. Electronic control panel and special configuration of 34 jets (5 sections: foots, ankle, knees. hips and spine) let for individual programming working sections. Additionally user can release section which he doesn’t want to use during treatment.

Lower extremities and lumbar spine whirlpool KOLUMB is very popular model of whirlpool for rehabilitation centers, fitness clubs and wellness centers. KOLUMB tub is used for whirlpool treatments of lower extremities and lumbar spine, pearl bath and chromotherapy. Ability to perform treatment both for lower extremities and lumbar spine, low costs and low water capacity (as compared to full body underwater massage tubs) make this product very useful not only for clinics but also for wellness centers.
KOLUMB tub is dedicated for whirlpool massage and consists of a system of wall-mounted 14 jets, divided into 3 independent sections with outflow water stream control. System of jets function control enables free choice of an area that is intended to be treated and also combined function of jets (7 possibilities) for example ankles and lumbar spine. Moreover due to 2 levels of filling (half or full tub) it enables saving water. During the treatment, the patient sits on a seat inside the tub.

HYDROTHERAPY
Electrotherapeutic treatments in the water produce beneficial effects on various systems (nervous, circulatory) of the human body. The Four-Cell Bath allows treatment to be concentrated on a specific area of the body (lower or upper limb, one side of the body). According to the indications, the therapist can set the polarity of the electrode located in each cell and choose between galvanic, diadynamic and faradic current.
All parameters are entered via a user-friendly electronic panel. Alternating treatments use water to induce thermal stimuli on the limbs submerged in upper and lower cells with the purpose of stimulating reactions In the circulatory system. The duration of the stimulation, the water temperature and the number of cycles of cold/warm water can be set by therapist.
TASMAN – The Four-Cell Bath allows three kinds of treatment to be performed in the water environment:

The Hubbard Tank has long been used to allow patients requiring special care and individual attention from therapist to exercise in the water environment. Water provides gentle resistance, helping patients to unweight and relax. The tank may also allow the patent to start rehabilitation even when he is too weak to exercise.
The T-MOT can be optionally equipped with an UWM (under water massage) system complete with hose and exchangeable nozzles. The UWM system cannot be purchased separately but must be ordered with the TANK.

Combination therapy involves the simultaneous application of ultrasound with an electrical stimulation therapy.
By combining ultrasound with interferential therapy, the advantages and effects of each treatment modality can be realised – but lower intensities are used to achieve the effect. The accommodation effects that normally accompany interferential therapy are reduced (or even eliminated). The main advantages of such a combination are in localising lesions (especially chronic), in ensuring accurate localisation of ultrasound treatment to provide increased accuracy / effectiveness in treating deeper lesions, and in treating trigger points.

The new Sonostim HT is an advanced and complete device combining 1/3 MHz multifrequency ultrasound and universal electrotherapy made for professional users.
The Sonostim HT is provided with a special ergonomic head capable to generate 1 or 3 MHz frequency but can also combine both frequencies allowing penetration into different cellular layers at the same time. Pulsed and continuous emission up to 15 W (3 W/cm²).

For more than 20 years, treadmill therapy has established itself as a successful, evidence-based therapeutic means for gait recovery and rehabilitation after stroke, after spinal and head injuries, and after infant cerebral palsy. Studies show that treadmill therapy with body weight support is superior to conventional walking, since the number of repetitions of standing- and swinging-leg cycles is generally greater. This means that in the long term, clear improvement of walking ability is to be expected.
CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE PATIENT BODY WEIGHT SUPPORT
With the LokoStation, partial body weight support of the patient is made possible. It allows for weight support to be controlled in a continuously variable manner by means of the therapist using a crank
(minimal exertion necessary!) and can be readjusted at any time.
2-POINT SUSPENSION
The LokoStation‘s 2-point suspension ensures optimal rotational stability for the patient. Asymmetrical support is possible through direct adjustment of cable length. Fixing of the patient‘s center of mass is possible using elastic bands on the railings.

OPERATION

SAFETY
Two emergency stop switches ensure the safety of the patient. A magnetic switch, attached to the patient using a cord, automatically stops the treadmill upon interruption. A large portable emergency stop switch can be used by the patient as well as the therapist to stop the treadmill at any time.

Knee Tensor – innovative apparatus permits the muscles of the lower limb to be exercised though an analytical strengthening work involving both the femoral quadriceps and the knee flexors. INTRODUCTION
GAMMA dynamographic platform is a modern device constructed for evaluation and training of the neuromuscular coordination, weightdistribution and balance. The POSTUROMED® device with its movable and adjustable unstable therapy plate has a broad range of application in neuro-orthopedic therapy, for preventative measures and top class professional sport. The POSTUROMED® device with its movable and adjustable unstable therapy plate has a broad range of application in neuro-orthopedic therapy, for preventative measures and top class professional sport.
Apart from a stepping test the therapy plate can be swivelled out with a provocation unit and also be used for objective tests where neuro-degenerative disorders are involved.
Small ultrasonic markers are attached at the side of the therapy plate or directly on the patient. The measuring system makes three-dimensional recordings of all the movements of the markers and shows the results clearly in a report.
For presenting the learning effect, several tests can be carried out directly one after the other in the provocative test.The length of the movement path of a virtual point in the middle of the plate is then calculated.
For analysing the stepping tests, colored frequency spectrograms are used to indicate segmental instabilities. In this way, all the body movements can be analyzed with respect to intensity and oscillation frequency.
In the reports, up to three tests can be compared for controlling the therapy.

ANYMOV is the only robotic device beneficial for patient rehabilitation, even when un-cooperative, directly in the hospital bed.
BTS ANYMOV is a rehabilitative robotic hospital bed that permits a specific andrepeatable training made of gradual passive exercises. It allows an active, assisted, segmented and multi-segmented mobilization of hip, knees and tibiotarsal joints, through active and against-resistance exercises, coherently with patient’s possibilities. It is made of 4 movable sections using high precision motors: the whole bed base can be controlled in lift and lateral movement thanks to telescopic pillars; the back can be inclined up to 90°; the lower limb dedicated bases allow hip abduction-adduction movements.
The tibiotarsal joint dorsi-plantaflextion and the knee flexi-extension are actuated by two dedicated motors, presenting clutches on guides placed under the lower limb bases. An air compressor, providing resistance related to the patient’s push force, is used for the active reinforcement exercises. The same air compressor can be by-passed by the compressed air normally provided in hospital rooms.
The particular attention to design and production guarantees the highest standard of operational safety, for both the therapist and the patient.
COMBINED FUNCTIONAL EVALUATION
During the rehabilitation process, the EMG data acquisition is an effective tool that provides important clues about the patient’s recovery potential. Data from the EMG system can be evaluated as to how and when the patient is trying to generate movement (during active exercises) and also the presence of muscular activity in the passive mobilization phases.
BTS ANYMOV optionally integrates, a totally wireless surface EMG system provided with protocols for the acquisition of several muscle configurations, according to the exercises performed in bed.

The rubberized slats are built like a tank, literally. With 116 ball bearings the belt glides, which results in years of life with very little maintenance and up to 50% in electrical savings. INTRODUCTION
GRANIT is a modern and functional 3 dimensional table. It may be use for kinesiotherapy, manual therapy and massage and other types of therapy (eg. Mc Kenzie). It’s stabile construction allows safe and precise therapy. This table has a possibility to vary the patient position in three space dimensions during treatment: lateral flexion, horizontal flexion/extension and rotation.
That means that a therapist may comfortable, easy and precise stabilize the patient in needed position.
The height of the table plate is electrically adjusted through the motor with the use of remote control.
Another advantage of this table is its modern design and simple use.
