Schalt- bzw. Wählhebelschloss, Typ R
Das Schalt- bzw. Wählhebelschloss ist eine Rohrkonstruktion mit einem Dreh- und Druckverschluss und gehört zu den neueren ergonomischen Diebstahlsicherungen. Die Führung des Sperrbolzens erfolgt in einer Messingbuchse.

Beschreibung der Gangschalthebelschlösser
An jedem nach der ECE-Regelung Nr. 116 genehmigten Fahrzeug müssen eine Schutzeinrichtung gegen unbefugte Benutzung und eine elektronische Wegfahrsperre vorhanden
sein.
Das Gangschalthebelschloss wird zusätzlich zu den am Fahrzeug vorhandenen serienmäßigen Sicherungsmaßnahmen als weitere mechanische Diebstahlsicherung eingebaut.
Dabei wird eine massive Stahlkonstruktion in der Mittelkonsole des Fahrzeugs an vorhandenen Haltepunkten mit Abreißschrauben und -muttern befestigt. Bei Fahrzeugen mit
Handschaltgetrieben wird der Getriebe-Schalthebel in der Position „Rückwärtsgang“ gesperrt. Bei automatischen Getrieben wird der Wählhebel in der „Parkposition“ blockiert.
Das Gangschalthebelschloss wird um den Schalt- oder Wählhebel herum in der Mittelkonsole des Fahrzeugs befestigt und ist nicht sichtbar bis auf den seitlich an der Konsole
befindlichen Schließzylinder.
Nach dem Einlegen des Schalthebels in die Position „Rückwärtsgang“ bzw. des Wählhebels in die „Parkposition“ muss das Ganghebelschloss von Hand gesperrt/aktiviert werden.
Der Schalthebel ist danach mechanisch blockiert. Zum Entriegeln wird der Schlüssel in
den Schließzylinder eingeführt und gedreht, so dass der Gangschalthebel wieder funktionsfähig ist.
Zusätzlich zu den vorhandenen serienmäßigen Schutzmaßnahmen ist diese mechanische
Diebstahlsicherung eine wirkungsvolle und präventive Maßnahme, um den Diebstahl von
Kraftfahrzeugen wirkungsvoll einzudämmen.
IV.
Prüfgrundlagen
Für zusätzliche mechanische Diebstahlsicherungen existieren keine nationalen oder internationalen fahrzeugtechnischen Anforderungen.
Deshalb wurde nach konkret anwendbaren Auszügen aus der ECE Regelung Nr. 116
„Einheitliche Bedingungen über den Schutz von Kraftfahrzeugen gegen unbefugte Benutzung“ vom 21. Dezember 2005, einschließl. Änderung 00 Ergänzung 3 vom 23. Juni 2011,
geprüft. Hier kamen die entsprechenden Ziffern 5.2.4, 5.2.9, 5.2.10 und 5.3.3.1 bis 5.3.3.4
zur Anwendung.

Prüfergebnisse
Schließzylinder
Die Schlüssel und Schließzylinder sind nicht kodiert (Ziffer 5.2.9, ECR-R 116).
Die vorgelegte Schließungsliste hatte entsprechend den Anforderungen mehr als 1000
verschiedene und sichere Schließungen. Bei praktisch durchgeführten Drehmomenttests
mit mehreren Schließzylindern und Schlüsseln wurde ermittelt, dass die Anforderung der
genannten Vorschrift (Ziffer 5.2.10, ECR-R 116) eingehalten werden.
Die Stiftzuhaltungen des Schließzylinders sind konstruktiv gegen das Hobbs´sche Öffnungsverfahren ausgelegt.
Gangschalthebelschlösser
An mehreren Fahrzeugen wurden praktische Aufbruchversuche durchgeführt. Weitere
zerstörende Prüfungen im Versuchslabor bestätigten die praktischen Ergebnisse und
ergaben eine Übereinstimmung mit den angewandten Vorschriften (Ziffer 5.2.4 sowie Ziffern 5.3.3.1 bis 5.3.3.4, ECR-R 116).
Der Gangschalthebel wird bei Handschaltgetrieben in der Positon „Rückwärtsgang“ und
bei Automatikgetrieben in der „Parkstellung“ blockiert.
Einbau im Fahrgastraum
Das Gangschalthebelschloss, entweder als Schalthebelschloss oder als Wählhebelschloss ausgeführt, ist im eingebauten Zustand im Fahrzeuginnenraum nicht sichtbar.
Das heißt, die komplette Schlossmechanik ist durch die serienmäßige Verkleidung der
Mittelkonsole verdeckt. Lediglich ein Teil des Schließzylinders muss zur Benutzung durch
den Schlüssel sichtbar sein. Die allgemeinen Anforderungen an den Einbau in Fahrgasträumen hinsichtlich scharfer Kanten und Zugänglichkeit werden erfüllt.
Funktionssicherheit des Gangschalthebels
Bei praktischen Fahrversuchen wurden keine Beeinträchtigungen der Funktionen des
Schalthebels sowohl für die Handschaltgetriebe als auch für die Automatikgetriebe festgestellt.
VI.
Auflagen und Hinweise
Auflagen für den Hersteller/Einbaubetrieb
Die serienmäßig gefertigten Schlüssel (einschließlich Schließungsliste), Schließzylinder
und Gangschalthebelschlösser müssen den Zeichnungen und Prüfmustern entsprechen.
Der Einbau der zusätzlichen mechanischen Diebstahlsicherung erfolgt gemäß der Montageanleitung der Firma Bear Lock und sollte durch einen Fachbetrieb durchgeführt werden.
Dabei ist auf eine sichere Funktion des Schalt- bzw. Wählhebels zu achten.
Auflagen und Hinweise zum Anbau
Durch die vorgenommene Änderung erlischt die Betriebserlaubnis des Fahrzeugs nicht,
es muss keine Abnahme des Einbaus durchgeführt werden.

VIII. Schlussbescheinigung
Es wird bescheinigt, dass die im Verwendungsbereich aufgeführten Gangschalthebelschlösser den unter Ziff. IV „Prüfgrundlagen“ genannten Auszügen aus der ECERegelung Nr. 116 entsprechen.
Dieses Gutachten darf nur vom Antragsteller und nur in vollem Wortlaut vervielfältigt und
weitergegeben werden. Eine auszugsweise Vervielfältigung und Veröffentlichung ist nur
nach schriftlicher Genehmigung des Instituts für Fahrzeugtechnik und Mobilität zulässig.
Das Gutachten verliert seine Gültigkeit
 bei technischen Änderungen der Fahrzeuge, durch die die Funktion der in diesem
Gutachten beschriebenen Teile beeinflusst werden kann,
 bei technischen Änderungen der mechanischen Diebstahlsicherungen sowie
 bei Änderung der maßgeblichen gesetzlichen Grundlagen.
