How can I see where it is ?

Call or text it to ask its location and it replies with a text message containing its location. Just use Google maps on any computer or internet capable device such as mobile phone or iPad.

SOS built-in mobile phone

Press the SOS button to summon help. The PT301 makes a mobile telephone call to your pre-programmed numbers enabling

2 way mobile phone voice communication. They also get a location text message. If you want, you can even make a phone call to the tracker just to make sure they are okay.

VT604

M-TRAK GPRS Vehicle Tracker

The Mongoose VT604 is a dedicated vehicle management GPS tracker which uses GPRS (General Packet Radio System) data transmission to report its locations to our M-TRAK web-server.

How it works

Our M-TRAK web-server is the heart of the system as it receives location data from the VT604 via the GPRS mobile network. Once received, M-TRAK can show current location as well as maintain a fully searchable travel history. This travel history, by time and /or distance can be searched by date and time, viewed on-screen or printed as a report. There is also the option of saving the location data on your own computer.

The M-TRAK web-server is also used to control the tracker with

GPRS commands – so you choose what reporting you would like.

A SIM card with data is required – not included.

When you purchase a VT604, an M-TRAK account will be created for you with your own unique username and password. These give you 24/7 access to the M-TRAK web-server where you can have full control of your vehicle (s). Monthly access fees to M-TRAK apply.

MAPPING - LIVE AND HISTORICAL

The M80 models offer high levels of security mainly thanks to the inclusion of three automatic engine immobilisers.

To make your car really secure, all models have a unique factory set PIN override code which can be re-programmed to a number of your own choice – preferably one you never forget.

All M80 models are tested and certified and exceed the demands of the highest Australia/New Zealand Class Immobiliser/Alarm Standards for vehicle security.

M80G – M80GNZ

The M80G & M80GNZ are the ultimate 5 Star vehicle security systems.

Both models are very similar except that the M80G includes a 2 stage impact sensor to provide further protection against damage to the vehicle or attempts at illegal intrusion caused by an impact or shock. If it detects a light impact, the siren chirps a pre-warning – a heavier impact causes the siren to sound fully.

M60i

For vehicles with existing remote controlled central locking

Most new cars today are equipped with remote controlled central locking

(keyless entry) and engine immobilisation, yet many do not have any security alarm system - thieves can still break in undetected and take your possessions or even parts of your car.

‘Upgrades’ are security systems that interface with your existing factory remote central locking system - just lock the doors and the alarm arms, unlock the doors and the alarm disarms. Manually unlocking with a key does not disarm the system. Simple yet so effective. These models also offer additional engine immobilisation to make your vehicle more secure than when it left the factory.

The MAP70GNZ is a 5 Star alarm ‘upgrade’ specifically designed to interface with the latest CanBus controlled vehicles.

CanBus is the latest data technology now being used by almost all vehicle manufacturers which allows a computer to control how the vehicle functions but over far fewer wires. Once installed, you will not notice any difference in the way your vehicle behaves – until someone tries to break in !

The MAP70 is manufactured in Europe, has UN and EU Standards

Certification and imported by Mongoose who support it with a 3 year product warranty. Engine Immobilisers

Engine immobilisers are the main vehicle theft deterrent as they physically prevent the engine from being started or allowing it to run which is why they are the minimum requirement of most insurance companies.

We offer a range as these models offer different methods of operation, either by remote control or proximity transponder.

All models are certified to AS/NZS4601 2003 Immobiliser Standards and NZSA 3 Star rated.

M40

Remote Controlled

The M40 is a 3 Star dual circuit automatic immobiliser. Turn the engine off and the immobilisers arm automatically after 30 seconds. The waterproof rolling code remotes allow arming and disarming but also controls a vehicle’s central locking to provide ‘keyless entry’ (may incur additional costs).

As an option, the M40 can be upgraded to an alarm system

(M40B) by simply adding a siren and, if you wish, a sensor of your choice. Alarm versions are

4 Star rated.

The 3 Star M25 triple circuit immobiliser has a proximity transponder fob that attaches to your key-ring

– just placing it near the ignition switch turns the immobiliser off to allow the engine to be started.

The M25 is one of the most effective anti-theft devices available.

The cost effective 3 Star

M15 dual circuit immobiliser model is so easy to use – simply touch the transponder tag against the dash mounted receiver to turn the immobiliser off to allow engine starting.

The M15 arms automatically when you turn your engine off.

M20, M24 & M30

The popular M20/M24/M30 vehicle security systems are easy to use, affordable and fully featured.

All models include an engine immobiliser – the main deterrent against vehicle theft.

Intrusions are detected by the opening of the bonnet, boot or doors. Further protection against possible glass breakage or body damage caused by impact is provided by the 2 stage shock sensor. Medium impacts/shocks chirp the siren as a warning, whilst heavier impacts fully sound the alarm.

All models offer the convenience of ‘keyless’ entry of a vehicle’s existing central locking thanks to their built-in relays.

When you approach your vehicle – or come into the reception range - the doors will automatically unlock. The M18B will also disarm but the engine remains immobilised until you are ready to start the engine. It will not start if the handset is not present.

Handset buttons allow for override/manual control.

MCA500

The Mongoose MCA500 is a rugged, waterproof, compact, easy to use, yet well featured motorcycle/scooter alarm & engine immobiliser system.

Both the alarm module and the remotes are waterproof to ensure durability and long life.

Security is by way of an engine immobiliser, a remote adjustable shock sensor, seat lift switch, ignition sensing and tilt switch if side stand only is fitted to your motorcycle. Lift it off the side stand and the alarm sounds.

With features like low battery consumption, siren chirps and light flash to confirm arming and disarming all make the MCA500 one of the most popular bike alarms.

Avoid those parking or reversing accidents with these automatic audible warning sensors.

Reversing / parking

Whether you are reversing or parking, it’s reassuring to know that you can do so safely – without hitting anything !

When reverse gear is engaged the sensors switch on automatically and if the sensors detect a person or obstacle, the system can give you an audible warning (also visual if one of the options is specified).

The warning is in 3 stages; at 1.0 – 0.75 - 0.5 metres. As you get closer the warning beeps get quicker until they sound continuously which is your signal to stop – and you should be

0.5m away.

Sensors are available in black or white but can be painted, at extra cost, to colour match your vehicle.

Each kit is supplied with 4 sensor heads.

Forward nose-in parking

The majority of new cars today are designed to be sleek for god looks and for fuel economy, but it is often difficult to see where the front of the vehicle is as the bonnet just disappears from view. You either park too far away or as most of us has done, too close with that annoying and expensive noise !

By fitting the MPF-S sensors, you can judge when to stop within just 0.5 metres away from a wall in front of you.

The sensors switch on and off automatically with your brake pedal. They stay on for 10 seconds after the brake pedal is released just to make sure your park safely – and inexpensively!

MPF-S – front parking

Auto ON when brake pedal depressed. Stays on for 10 seconds after brake release. Includes 3 level switched sound warning buzzer (high, medium, off), 4 detachable slimline sensor heads supplied, but 2 are sufficient for most vehicles, control module and 19mm bumper hole cutting tool.

The LCD43T is a touch screen controlled 4.3” mirror monitor which replaces your existing rear view mirror and mounting bracket. This model is only suitable for certain compatible vehicles – please check with your

Selection tips:

1. Mirror monitors are unobtrusive and look part of the vehicle.

Looking in from the outside, there are no obvious signs that you have extra equipment fitted, so break-ins are far less likely.

2. We suggest pedestal types be located as shown in the photograph. It is less obtrusive and is a place that the eye naturally goes to as it is close to the left side door mirror.

The CV78HD24 is a complete 32~12 volt reversing camera system suitable from large vans, motor-homes or heavy commercial vehicles used on the road.

The system includes a 7.0” dash or screen mounted LCD colour monitor which can be operated by the screen buttons or remote control.

To complete the system, it includes a 120 degree night vision camera, a 32 to 12 volt power convertor and video signal processing unit and 20m of heavy duty video cable.

This system has the ability to connect a 2 nd camera via 4 pin heavy duty cables. Only one camera can be viewed at a time with automatic switching to the rear camera when reverse gear is selected.
