Place the two Base Rails (1 & 2) oppositeeach other in the center of the assemblyarea as shown in the
lllustration.
Placethe LowerCrossBrace(3) betweenthe two Base Rails(1 & 2) so that the side pre-drilledholes
of the Base Rails(1 & 2) alignwith the end holesof the LowerCrossBrace(3).

'14. Carefullythreadthe LeftWeight Bar Knuckle(44) up through
the rectangularcutoutin the PulleySupportFrame
(17).Carefullyflex the Left WeightBar Cables(24) so that the cablesare betweenthe iwo pulieysupportplates
and insert into the grooves of each correspondingpulleys.Be sure that the cables are straight and uncrossed
and pulleys move smoothly.
15. Attachthe two small plasticpipes (15) to the PulleySupportFrame (17) usingtwo bolts (34).four washers(38)
and two nuts (35) as shown.Tightenthe boltssecurely.

IMPORTANT:1. Before each use, check the Cable Clips (89) on the end of the cables to
ensure they are securely fastened.
2. Before each use, pull the cables a few times to be sure that the cables move smoothly
over the pulleys. lf the cables do not move smoothly, find and correct the problem.
3. For safety, when the Lat Pull Bar ('t09) is not being used either remove it completely or
leave it attached to the cable and rest it in the bar holder provided on the lat support rail
(76).
4. Note: In this manual when referring to Left and Right side of unit, the left and right
perspective are from the outside, facing the front of the unit.

UsingSpotBlocksis quickand easy.Justfollowtheseinstructions:
To Use Spot Blocks as a SecondarvLockinq Device
1. Beforepositioning
SpotBlocks,placethe barbellintothe lowestposition
for the exerciseyou willbe performing.
2. Oncebarbellis placedin desiredposition,lowerSpotBlocksso thatthey
aretouchingthe top of the sliderlockingblock(theblackboxwiththe
ProSpotFitness@logoon it).To moveSpotBlocks,placeyourindexand
middlefingersunderneath
the fingergripand yourthumbon the pushreleaselever.Pushin the push-release
leverwithyourthumband move

2. Positionthe SpotBlocksat the beginningof your'stickingpoint'.(Referto

3. Performthe desiredexercisewithSpotBlocksin place.Youwill not be
ableto lowerthe bar belowyour'stickingpoint',causingyourmusclesto
workharderat this point.Usingthistechniquewillstrengthen
