Liberty’s new HDMI over Category Cable extender is perfect for simple installations where cost is critical. The low cost of

Category cable (available in both plenum and non-plenum versions) makes this the perfect solution for many applications.

The quality of the cable is critical. Use of Category 6 cable will extend distances especially for 1080p signals and shielded category cables will reduce EMI issues. Low Skew UTP cables are not recommended. This is a practical application chart with recommended, safe design distances as well as measured successful transmission distances. Perfect for shorter distances.
