WARNING
Electrical Hazard! Unplug power cord before
servicing unit. Failure to comply may result in
INJURY or DEATH.
1.
Remove the cover.
2.
Remove the cable clamps and wire ties.
3.
Remove the nut that holds all the ground wires
on the ground stud.
4.
Do not cut the black and white wires that
comes from the solenoid.
5.
Do not splice ground wires, install ring terminal
on end to attach it to the ground stud.
6.
Cut the black wire in front of the butt splice that
is splicing the blue and black wire to the black
wire.
7.
Remove the Thomas mc by removing the four
screws underneath the unit.
8.
Remove the fittings from the Thomas
Compressor and starter cap.

9.
Install them on the Gast Compressor.
12.
Install new cap and bracket.
10.
Install new rubber feet onto the compressor.
13.
Install compressor into chassis
14.
Crimp the orange and red wire into a butt
splice.
15.
Put the black and blue wire from the compressor together in 1 butt splice . The other end
connect the black wire from the pressure
switch.
16.
Butt splice the white wires together.
17.
Do not splice ground wires, install ring terminal
end to attach it to the ground stud.
18.
Cut and reconnect tubing to the proper connection as shown.
19.
Check for leaks.
11.
Cut the connector off the Gast Compressor.
