2. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

Please read the instruction carefully before starting to use this product.

Danger – To reduce the risk of electric shock

Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.

Warning

– To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or physical injury:

1. The product should never be left unattended while plugged in. Unplug the product from the outlet when not in use.

2. Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by or near children, invalids, or disabled persons.

3. Be sure to use the product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use any attachment not recommended by the manufacturer in order to avoid any danger or accidents.

4. Never operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been damaged, or dropped into water. Please return the product to the service center of seller for examination and repair.

5. Do not carry this product by the supply cord or use the cord as a handle.

6. Keep the cord away from hot surfaces or ground.

7. Never operate the product with the air vents blocked. Keep the air vents free of lint, hair, etc.

8. Never drop or insert any objects into any openings.

9. Do not use or operate outdoors.

10. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is thin.

11. Before turning the product power off, turn all controls to the off status then remove the plug from the outlet.

12. Connect the product to a properly grounded outlet only.

13. If the power cord is damaged, be sure to ask the manufacturer for replacement to avoid accidents .The seller and correlative qualified professionals are as well as eligible.

3. GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS

The products must be grounded first. If malfunction or breakdown occurs, grounding will provide a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock.

The product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug.

The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

Danger

– Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the products are properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product – if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet install by a qualified electrician.

The products is for use on nominal 110-120 volt and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in the figure . Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug.

There is no need to use any adapter for this product.

5. ASSEMBLY STEPS

Two persons are required to finish the assembly steps.

(Caution!! Please follow exactly the assemly steps below to aviod injury . )

1. Tie up the lower Control Wires of the

Frame (B) with the Guide Thread of the right Upright (D), pull it into the Upright, secure it with wire clip and then insert it into the Upright(shown as the right drawing)

2. Place the Uprights (C, D) onto the

Frame and then secure with Allen Bolt

(a), Washer (b) in the direction shown in the drawing.

Ps.1. To avoid unexpected accident, always assemble the treadmill with one or two assistants, please do not assemble by oneself.

Ps.2. When assemble the Upright, one person should hold the Upright to prevent the Upright from falling.

3. After the Uprights are tightened, pull out the Control Wire which has been threaded into the Upright to the place shown in the right picture. Then cap the left and right

Cover (F, G) onto the Frame shown in the right picture. Tighten them with Screw

4. After the Left and Right Uprights are tightened, pull the Control Wire which has been threaded into Uprights out of the month of the Uprights. Put the Computer

Console (A) above the Upright. Then connect the control wire of the Frame with the one in Computer Console (A).

After connecting, tighten with Allen Bolt

(c) according to right picture.

Ps.1. To avoid unexpected accident, always assemble the treadmill with an assistant, do not assemble by oneself.

Ps.2. When tighten the screws, make sure not to damage the control wires in the tube. c

5. After the above steps are finished, cap the

Handrail Cover (E) onto the Handrail. c

6. CAUTION

Note: Made of high pressure, the cylinder must be taken care to avoid danger caused by the impact with other objective.

Note: If the cylinder is hit, it may cause damage and make the use not smooth. When the user is folding the treadmill, it may result in the falling of the frame and cause injury.

A great space saving design is just simply to lift up the running board and store to any place you want. Always check the power is off and unplug the power plug from the outlet when folding up. When folding up the running board, make sure you hear a “click” sound to ensure the tread board is fixed in the position. If you want to use the treadmill, step on the tread board as the direction shown in the right drawing to release the running board from the folding up position to normal used position. The running board will automatically and slowly drop down.

(Ps.1. To prevent from causing danger, be careful if the kids are around. If you want to move the treadmill, fold the treadmill at first, hold the rear adjust cap with your hands, then lean the treadmill and do not move the treadmill until the roller can be moved smoothly.)

(Ps.2. Do not move the treadmill on uneven ground.)

(Ps.3. To avoid the injury, do not stand under the frame when the frame is descending.)

7. MAINTENANCE

1.

When running belt is off the center, stop the treadmill immediately, use Allen Wrench

6mm to adjust the hex head screw. For example, the running belt is offset to the left it should adjust 1/4 circle clockwise; if the running belt is offset to the right, adjust 1/4 circle counterclockwise. After adjustment, start the treadmill again, if the running belt still off the center, repeat the adjusting procedure till the running belt is in the center position.

(Ps.1. This action is very important, if a deviated belt is found, be sure to follow above procedure.)

(Ps.2. Belt may move away from center status due to user’s weight and running condition.

The belt needs not to be adjusted as long as it doesn’t rub against the parts aside.)

2. It is strongly suggested to follow the below table to apply lubrication on running board.

Please use Allen Wrench 6mm to loosen bolts in rear adjusting boxes. Pull up the running belt and apply lubrication evenly on the center of the running board, then adjust the belt to the center of deck, follow by tighten the screw to the original set up.

(Ps. When the belt is sliding, please follow the above method to apply lubricant on the running board.

8. COMPUTER OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Turn on the treadmill.

2. Put the safety key in the recess of the console.

Except press the buttons on the computer to select angle and speed, the handrail keys can also be used to adjust angle and speed. The left keys are used to adjust angle and the right keys are used to adjust the speed.

** If the safety key is not placed in the recess, all the windows will display “-------”, which means the treadmill has not entered the Start/Ready status.

Press under Start/Ready status, the MANUAL LED begin to blink, at this time you have entered the Function Selection Mode, press or to switch light from P1to P6 and MANUAL.

8.4. Press , the treadmill will operate according to the preset value of Program. It has 15segments of speed and incline changing. The changing style adopts 15 segments rotative change. The preset value of the first segment time is 2 minutes.

Anon each time is 1 minute. When time is over, the value of speed and incline angle will change directly (during operating press or

to control increase/decrease speed)

8.5. During setting function of P1~P6, if press , the treadmill will start at once.

The system will use preset values which have not been set. Press or

to change the preset value of PROGRAM. But next segment will come back to original value of PROGRAM.

8.6. In this treadmill, P1is a special program and below is its means:

P1 9 HOLE:3500m is the benchmark of this program. When you finish 3500m according to program, then the program is finished and the treadmill will stop. This mode imitates the landform of golf course. The difficulty is decided by change grade of upgrade and downgrade.

8.7. In each PROGRAM, before starting L1~L3, there is 1minute to warm up. At time, the segment starts according to starting speed of each level.
