Phonak AccessLine — Overview
Phonak PilotOne — Discreet confidence
PilotOne focuses on the essentials when it comes to discreet
control over the hearing instruments. This exclusive remote
control was designed for clever simplicity and user-friendliness.
Phonak ComPilot — The smart 3-in-1 accessory
ComPilot brings together the accessibility of wireless
connectivity, the convenience of a remote control and features
spoken messages (VoiceAlerts), all in one simple, attractive
device. Together with the TVLink S and RemoteMic, ComPilot
turns a myriad of communication challenges into sheer
listening delight.
Expanding the Phonak ComPilot use cases
While ComPilot directly interfaces to e.g. mobile phones, the following two solutions offer great value for two important use
cases: TV watching and conversation in noisy places.
Phonak TVLink S – The ideal TV experience
The Phonak TVLink S basestation, used with ComPilot, turns any
wireless Phonak hearing instrument (excl. Petite models) into a
lightweight wireless headset. After connecting the TVLink
basestation to the TV or other sound sources, the low latency
transmission to the hearing instruments and StereoSound
provide excellent sound quality within a range of up to 30
meters. True plug and play and one-step set-up make it readyto-go in less than 60 seconds for the first installation.
Phonak RemoteMic – The wireless solution for
noisy places
The newest addition to the Phonak AccessLine, the wireless
microphone RemoteMic, is an easy solution for one-on-one
conversations in noisy places.
The discreet and lightweight RemoteMic is clipped onto the
speaker’s clothing. Combined with the ComPilot, it transfers
the conversation partner’s voice directly to the hearing
instruments over a distance of up to 20 meters (66 ft).
Phonak ComPilot
The multi-functional ComPilot is guaranteed to delight
both you and your clients. It has an integrated remote control
which also works without a neckloop. It wirelessly connects to
all Phonak wireless hearing instruments (excl. Petite models)
with over 8 hours of streaming. With VoiceAlerts the clients
will get spoken messages from the ComPilot, for example with
caller identification.
It has a user friendly ON/OFF slider, a large main button
and volume control buttons which make it easy to use for your
clients. Phonak ComPilot has directional microphones
that make your clients’ speech more clear for the caller
during phone calls. It is quick and easy to group the device
through the fitting software.

Grouping accessories and hearing instruments in the fitting software
The Phonak Target fitting software identifies the connected
accessories automatically the moment the accessory is
connected to the fitting computer via a mini USB plug for
the first time. The identified accessories are shown in the
dashboard next to the connected hearing instruments and
in the Accessories screen. If desired, the accessories can be
manually identified or selected in the [Instruments] >
[Accessories] screen.
For best results, it is recommended to fine-tune the
precalculated automatic streaming programs. For example,
programs for various input types (eg. Bluetooth phone,
audiojack) can be individually fine-tuned for optimum
performance. To configure the accessories, go to the
[Fitting] > [Device options] screen.
