Product Data Sheet Wireless Mesh Repeater/Router - SWRP Main Features High Reliability: The Spinwave A3 Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) utilizes mesh architecture and features RF interference avoidance through selfadapting frequency agility. Easy to Maintain: Sophisticated power management results in long battery life of 3 to 8 years, depending on user-selectable transmission intervals. Battery health and communication health are continuously monitored. Spinwave Systems’ Wireless Mesh Repeater/Router significantly extends the resilience, range and node count of wireless sensor networks. The installation of multiple Mesh Repeaters/Routers provides alternate wireless communication paths from sensors to wireless receiver modules thus improving the network’s ability to cope with obstacles. The wireless network will automatically “heal” and reconfigure itself if a communication path is obstructed. Wireless Mesh Repeaters/Routers are line powered and, due to flexible installation options, can be mounted hidden in suspended ceilings or, alternatively, in the occupied space of buildings mounted on the ceiling or wall. Spinwave’s wireless mesh network supports up to fifty (50) devices (Sum of sensors and Mesh Repeaters/Routers) per receiver. Flexible and Scalable: System can grow from a few to hundreds of monitoring points. Sensors can be easily added, moved, or removed. Multiple Interface Options: The A3 WSN interfaces to virtually any automation system (BMS, PLC), monitoring application or network management tool. Install Quickly and Economically: Wireless system can be installed with no disruption to operations. Applications Mesh repeater/router radios should be used to communicate between floors or between buildings in campus installations.
