TV Listening Daily Use - User Guide

INTRO
STREAMER OVERVIEW
This TV solution is a wireless connection between your Streamer
and the preferred TV in your home.
It gives you high quality TV sound in the hearing instruments
within a range of 30 feet from the TV.
Before using this guide, make sure that the TV adapter is
correctly connected to both the TV and power. Refer to the
installation guide.

When fully charged, Streamer can be used for approx. 5 hours
of TV listening.
USE STREAMER FOR TV LISTENING
START/STOP SOUND
ADJUSTING VOLUME
Before listening
Wear Streamer around your neck using the neck strap.
You must be within 30 feet from the TV set.
Use the Volume button on Streamer to adjust
the TV volume in the hearing instruments.
Use Streamers’ Audio button for TV listening.
Press the
Audio button
START sound
Press the Audio button for a short while.
Streamer connects to the TV adapter.
After a few seconds an orange solid light
is shown on Streamer and TV adaptor.
The hearing instruments will receive
the TV sound.
Adjust the volume by pressing Up or Down shortly.
Repeat the short press to do further adjustments.
LISTENING TIP
TV SOUND ONLY
First time listening to TV, the hearing instrument microphones
are default turned on.
The hearing instrument microphones can be muted allowing
you to hear the TV sound only.
This is done by pressing the Volume button
either Up or Down for 2 seconds.
STATUS
STOP sound
Press the Audio button for a short while.
All orange lights turn off.
Hearing instruments go back to standard program (P1).
The TV volume set by Streamer is memorized.
The latest setting will also be the used volume level applied
next time TV listening is started.
Notice: The TV volume in the hearing instruments is normally
not affected by the volume adjustments from the TV remote
control.

Pressing the Volume button for 2 seconds again
activates the hearing instrument microphones.
Notice: The microphone state is memorized. The latest setting
will also be the microphone state next time TV listening is
started.
For detailed user instructions on Streamer, refer to the Streamer
manual.
Notice: The Connect function on the Streamer must be activated
to allow transmission from the TV. If not active, it automatically
turns on when starting the TV listening. De-activating the
Connect function must be done manually.
