Quickstart Guide
Congratulations on getting started with Click to Schedule by TimeTrade. To get
started, you must have already installed and enabled the Click to Schedule
HubSpot App from the App Marketplace. Then, follow the steps below to get the
button on your HubSpot Landing Page. In 3 easy steps you’ll be turning web visitors
into qualified leads.
Step 1
Configure your Button
From your HubSpot dashboard, navigate to the Marketplace menu item and choose Click to
Schedule by TimeTrade.
You’ll be prompted to enter your TimeTrade credentials or set up a free account. If you don’t
already have an account, go ahead and set yours up for free, it’s quick and easy to do right in the
app. Now, have fun building your button!
Choose the size and color of your button and TimeTrade will automatically generate embed code
for you to copy and paste into any HubSpot page! When editing your page, just click “Add Module”
and choose HTML/ JavaScript, then paste your button code into the box. On pages with a form,
add the module just underneath the “Submit” button it will be replaced with a Click to Schedule
button that will open up a calendar in a lightbox. Make sure to continue on to steps 2 and 3 so
that people can schedule based on your real availability!

Step 2
Connect your calendar!
Now that you’ve set up your TimeTrade account, you’ll want to connect your calendar so you don’t
run the risk of double booking appointments. Go to www.timetrade.com/login and enter the
username and password you created.
TimeTrade’s Click to Schedule solution connects to Outlook and Google out of the box. All you
have to do is click and choose the calendar you’d like to connect to. Once you’ve made the
connection, TimeTrade will add confirmed appointments to your calendar and you’ll never worry
about someone booking a time with you when you are not available.

Step 3
Enable your team
Your free edition of TimeTrade comes standard with 3 user spots available for taking appointments
and one administrator seat. To add users, log in to your TimeTrade account, navigate to
Admin>Users and click the “Add Users” button.
When adding a user, be sure to include them in the Free Version Users group if you want them to
be included in the round-robin appointment distribution from your website.
(NOTE: If you signed up for TimeTrade through the HubSpot App, you are automatically included
in the group as an admin. If you do not want to be included in appointment distribution, click on
Admin>Users and remove yourself from the Free Version Users group.)
Make sure your users connect their calendars as well!!!

Step 4
Edit your Availability
When you set up your free account, TimeTrade will automatically create a default appointment type
called an “Activity.” Once you log in, click on the activity title “Invitation to schedule a call” and then
click “edit” next to “Appointment Availability” in the pane to the right.
The Invitation to schedule a call Activity comes preloaded with timeslots for appointments, but you
can change these manually to whatever your prefer. For more information on creating and

You’re done!
When website visitors click to schedule, TimeTrade will randomly
choose from the people you’ve added to the Free Version Users
group, and display the available time-slots for the visitor to
choose from. When the meeting or appointment is booked, it will
automatically update the calendar of the person on your team and
will send out confirmation emails and reminders to both parties.
