Due to main functional chips phase out, we announce the discontinuity of
SOM-3565/6765/7565 product series and provide you last-time-buy service.
Customer Impact of Change and Recommended Action:

Please determine the remaining demands and provide last-time-buy orders by May 31 , 2017.

Base on the order and quantities that customers provide, the last shipment date is May 31 ,
2018. If customers do not provide last-time-buy orders in time, Advantech will not able to

guarantee continuing supply after May 31 , 2017.
Furthermore, Advantech provided corresponding replacing solutions based on Intel Bay Trail
and Braswell platform such as SOM-3567/3568 for SOM-3565 Qseven form-factor;
SOM-7567/7568 for SOM-7565 COM Express Mini form-factor; and SOM-6867/6868 for
SOM-6765 COM Express Compact form-factor. For higher performance with remaining low

power inquiries, SOM-6897 designed with Intel 6 Gen. Core/Celeron is recommended.
There may be Type transferring such as COM Express Type 2 to Type 6, Advantech provide
professional support to help revising design for adopting. In the appendix, we list the features
and all necessary comparisons of these products. If any question about the transfer, please
feel free to contact Advantech Sales or PSM.
