OMEGA’s Model OM-565 six-channel,
battery-powered temperature profiler can
record temperatures, while withstanding
very high or low temperatures. It is ideally
suited for temperature profiling of
conveyorized processes or where wiring
and cabling is difficult, such as with
ovens, wave soldering, and in-line
cleaning operations. It is also ideal for
monitoring the temperature of static
objects; it can collect up to 5460 data
points at intervals of hours, minutes,
seconds, or tenths of a second, with the
start of data collection delayed by a time
or a threshold value. The OM-565 gets
its power from a detachable rechargeable
battery power pack.
Included with the OM-565 is an extensive,
six-channel, color, easy-to-use integrated
programming analysis software package
that runs on a PC.
The software package features:

• A prediction module that tells you at
what temperature to set your oven
