The SIMATIC IPC427C is the powerful, fanless
embedded industrial PC for DIN rail, wall or
book mounting.
It has long-term availability and is ideal for
the space-saving implementation of highspeed MSR, HMI and communication tasks in
the immediate vicinity of the machine.
For high performance and robustness in maintenance-free continuous operation 24 hours
a day at ambient temperatures of up to 55 °C,
it is equipped with:
• Intel processors up to Core2 Duo
• DDR3 memory technology up to 4 GB
• Integrated Intel GMAX4500 Graphics Media
• Intel high-performance SATA solid-state
drive SSD type "Extreme" (32 GB) and
CF cards as reliable, robust replacements for
hard disks
It offers flexibility in use thanks to several installation and mounting options as well as universal
expansion by means of three PCI-104 expansion
slots and a host of interfaces. Process data can be
reliably saved in the event of a power failure
thanks to a battery-buffered SRAM.
