1. Overview
‘MonaLisa®-Pony’
is
the
‘HDMI
IP-Extender’
that
transmits
HDMI
video/audio to wherever it wants to send through standard TCP/IP Ethernet
network. It is composed of transmitter (‘T’ tagged to its name) and
[ MonaLisa®-Pony Picture]
receiver (‘R’ tagged to its name) in regard of video.

4. How to Connect and Build System Structure
[Picture] <QMS-3105T – QMS-3105R> System Connection Structure
* In above picture, product’s port location is placed and denominated for recognition’s sake.
- QMS-310xT transmitter is connected via HDMI cable to HDMI output port of video source
devices like PC and set-top-box.
- QMS-310xR receiver connects to monitor/TV via HDMI cable as well.

- The transmitter and receiver are connected via Ethernet cable (UTP or fiber optic cable) directly
or through the step of Ethernet switches in-between.
5. Cautions! – Network Connection, Device Information and Configuration
5-1. Network Connection
(1) QMS-3107T (transmitter) ßà QMS-3107R (receiver)
A.
No console port supported. – Device’s source/destination IP addresses can’t be
changed.
B.
Separated network build is recommended for these devices.
C.
No more than one (1) transmitter must be linked to a single separate network while
multiple receivers are allowed to be linked to the network.
D.
The Ethernet switch hub used for linking a transmitter and receivers should support
broadcasting.

5-2. How to Check and Configure Device Network Information – QMS-3105T/R

Connect QMS-3105T/R’s console port (RJ45) to computer’s USB port using RJ45-to-Serial
cable and Serial-to-USB cable as follows :
