What is Sunrise One?
Sunrise One is an unrivaled low-cost mobile, Internet, landline, and TV bundle offer from Sunrise comprised of the two products "Sunrise Mobile Unlimited" and "Sunrise Home Unlimited".
Both products can be purchased separately as single products or staggered if, for example, you
are still waiting for the cancellation period for your mobile or landline connection to run out
with another provider.
The Sunrise One package price comes into play as soon as the "Sunrise Mobile Unlimited" and
"Sunrise Home Unlimited" subscriptions are both activated, and is retained until one or both are
deactivated. This gives you a price advantage of approximately 30% over the single purchase
price of the individual mobile, Internet, landline, and TV products.

Always the maximum
speed
The customer always receives the fastest network speed technically possible at home and on
the go, always automatically and free of charge. Technical standards (e.g. 4G, 4G+, etc.) are
constantly being further developed and enhanced.
Sunrise checks on a regular basis (approx. once per quarter) to see if customers have access to
faster Internet at home. If so, the faster connection is automatically activated. The customer
always has access to the fastest broadband speed on the mobile calling network as well.
Individual prices
If Sunrise Mobile Unlimited and Sunrise Home Unlimited are not activated at the same time, the
following individual prices apply:

Activation
The two Sunrise One product components, Sunrise Mobile Unlimited and Sunrise Home Unlimited, can be ordered and activated at the same time or staggered (e.g. when your former provider has different cancellation periods). The individual price of the activated product will be
charged as long as one, and not both, products are activated.
Cancellation &
unbundling
The two Sunrise One product components, Sunrise Mobile Unlimited and Sunrise Home Unlimited, can be cancelled at the same time or individually. Once one product has been cancelled
and deactivated, the remaining product will be billed at the individual price.

Additional mobile subscriptions
A limited amount of additional Mobile Unlimited subscriptions can be purchased. The basic fee

Calls to subscribers

Calls made from Switzerland to participants with a mobile phone number who are on a cruise
ship, for example, where the call is connected through satellite, are charged the normal
Swiss domestic rate. The subscriber receiving the call will pay the satellite roaming rate for
the incoming call (see roaming price list).
Calls to subscribers
Calls made from Switzerland to a satellite number (e.g. with area code 0087 or 0088) are
with a satellite number charged at higher per-minute rates of up to about CHF 16.00 depending on the satellite network used.
Call forwarding abroad
Calls forwarded to a foreign phone number will be charged at the standard rate for phone
calls made to foreign numbers.

When a call is forwarded from abroad (e.g. to a landline connection in Switzerland), both the
incoming call and the forwarded outgoing call are charged at the standard roaming rate.

to the mobile device and the costs for the subsequent call that the mobile device makes back

Calls made to the Sunrise mailbox from abroad in order to listen to voice messages are

If several roaming data volume options are available while you travel abroad in Region 1,
they are used up in the following order:
1. Volume from an activated travel pack option

3. Volume from a mobile subscription
4. Volume from another activated roaming option.

When 50% and 100% of the roaming data volume of the rate is used up, an SMS will be
sent to inform you.

Every time you go abroad, you will automatically receive an SMS informing you of the applicable roaming rate. Sunrise data alert is activated by default and will send SMS messages to
keep you informed of the current data costs for connections at the standard rate for the purpose of cost control:
1. First informational SMS message sent at CHF 50.00 - data roaming
2. Second informational SMS message sent at CHF 100.00 - data roaming
3. Third informational SMS message sent at CHF 200.00 - data roaming
4. At CHF 300.00, data usage is blocked - data roaming

Under certain conditions and depending on the country where you are surfing the Internet,
there may be time delays between the generated roaming volume and the sending of the
alert SMS or blockage of data usage.
Data speed abroad
There are many Sunrise Roaming Partners you can use for high-speed 4G surfing (up to
100Mbit/s). See list of countries/roaming partners. Other countries and providers depending
on the network.
Note: 4G high-speed surfing abroad does not count against your monthly 4G high-speed
data volume allowance for the respective Freedom subscription.

Price and contract duration (Sunrise Mobile Unlimited)

If the Sunrise Mobile Unlimited subscription is not activated at the same time as the Sunrise
Home Unlimited subscription (Sunrise ONE package), then the basic monthly fee for Sunrise
Mobile Unlimited is: CHF 65.00/month (individual price)
This individual price for Sunrise Home Unlimited applies, for example, when the Sunrise
Home Unlimited subscription is not activated or has already been cancelled.

Switching subscriptions
Switching from one Sunrise Freedom subscription to another is always free of charge. If you
switch, the monthly high-speed data volume that has already been used on the previous rate
will be counted against the data allowance of the new rate.
Invoicing
The basic fee is invoiced after activation. The option fee is automatically invoiced on a
monthly basis until the option is cancelled. If you register during the current billing month,
the basic monthly fee will be charged on a prorated basis.
Miscellaneous
Included volume
Any part of your included data and calling quota that is not used in a specific billing period
will expire and will not be carried forward to a subsequent billing period.

Sunrise mail
The Freedom subscription includes one e-mail account for Sunrise mail. Data from Sunrise

Device plan
One mobile phone or tablet can be purchased with each Freedom subscription with a down
payment starting at CHF 1.00 and 24 monthly installments, with no interest and no extra
charges. With the Sunrise Freedom data share option, a second device can be purchased for
the Freedom subscription with installment payments.

Landline calling
Phone number porting
You can keep your old phone number when you switch to Sunrise, even if you will be
switching to an area with a different area code (e.g. from 031 to 044). When this occurs,
your area code will no longer be associated with the area you live in.
If the old phone number is not ported and a new phone number is activated, the old phone
number will remain blocked for six months. After that, it will be given to someone else.
Sunrise will take care of the formalities associated with porting.
Alarm
Sunrise Home phone comfort is not meant to be used with security systems with analog
dial devices (e.g. alarms). For more information, please contact our support department.
Telephone device
Not included. The device must be connected to the Sunrise Modem (Sunrise Home Internet) and be compatible with the Sunrise landline infrastructure.

Sunrise TV app
Multiscreen function. The Sunrise TV app makes it possible to watch television independently using the Sunrise TV app on up to five mobile devices
(mobile phone or tablet) via Wi-Fi at home, or on the go via the mobile network.
Push to TV function
With the Push to TV function, your mobile phone or tablet can be
used as a remote control and to transmit shows from the program
guide on your mobile device directly to the TV.

Reception through
Data traffic through the Sunrise TV app will not be charged against
the mobile network: included data or 4G high-speed volume for customers with a mobile
subscription from Sunrise or MTV mobile. All other costs for data
transmission are charged in accordance with the respective contractual agreement or mobile subscription with the corresponding mobile
service provider.
Use while abroad
Recordings and ComeBack TV can be watched abroad. For licensing
reasons, however, it is not possible or permissible to view live TV
while abroad.
System availability.
iOS and Android. The Sunrise TV app can be downloaded from the
app store or Google Play for free.

Industrial and commercial usage
The industrial or commercial broadcast of television and radio programs using Sunrise TV,
e.g. in publicly accessible rooms, restaurants, hotels, businesses, shop windows, etc., may
require a license from a Swiss copyright fee collection agency, depending on the type of
usage. The customer is solely responsible for registering and obtaining the appropriate
rights from the fee collection agency. Due to licensing restrictions, the industrial or commercial use of ComeBack TV, recordings, and the Live Pause function is prohibited.
Exceptions channel list
The channel list, including the list of HD and ComeBack TV-capable channels, is dynamic
and may change during the contract duration due to legal regulations or individual agreements with the broadcast companies for certain channels.

The availability of Sunrise TV is location-dependent.
TV/radio devices
TV and radio devices must be compatible with digital TV or digital radio. With the subscription, one TV set can be connected and used per household or subscription. Additional devices can be connected with the optional TV MultiBox
TV MultiBox
Optionally available for CHF 10.00 per month. The TV MultiBox makes it possible to connect additional TV devices in the same household.
Netflix
The Netflix offer can be purchased through the Sunrise TV Box for a monthly fee. All available content can be conveniently access through Sunrise TV with the Sunrise remote control.

Flat rate
For as long as the Sunrise Home Unlimited subscription is not activated at the same time
as the Sunrise Mobile Unlimited subscription (Sunrise ONE package), the basic monthly fee
for Sunrise Home Unlimited is CHF 130.00/month (individual price)
This individual price for Sunrise Home Unlimited applies, for example, when the Sunrise
Mobile Unlimited subscription is not yet activated or has already been cancelled.

Cancellation
The subscription may be cancelled with a notice period of 12 months at the end of the
minimum contract duration.
Cancellation of the Sunrise Home TV subscription will automatically cause all options connected with these services to be cancelled as well. When this occurs, the minimum durations for certain options (e.g. Teleclub one year minimum duration) must also be taken into
account.
Early cancellation
If Sunrise Home Unlimited is cancelled before the minimum contract duration is reached,
the basic monthly fees for the remaining period for the subscription must be paid in full.
The individual price constitutes the applicable basic fee (see below).
If the minimum contract duration of options (e.g. Teleclub, Canal+) has not yet been
reached, the monthly basic fees for the remaining period of the option must be paid in full.
Switching subscriptions
You can switch to another Sunrise Home Internet and TV subscription any time free of
charge. In this case, the individual price will apply for any remaining Sunrise Mobile Unlimited subscription from that point forward.
Subscription migration
When you switch to Sunrise Home Unlimited from an older Sunrise Internet or TV product,
the minimum contract duration of Sunrise Home Unlimited starts again after activation.

Fiber optic connection

Cable connection
A cable connection offered by another cable provider (e.g. UPC Cablecom) is not necessary
and can be cancelled.
