2. Communication protocol setting

Plunk for the two protocols, namely PELCO-P,

PELCO-D. Automatically recognize PELCO-P and PELCO-D control protocols.

3. Communication baud rate setting(Dial switch 8 sets the communication baud rate).

4. This series supports two kinds of communication baud rates, namely 2400bps, 9600bps.
