ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Insert the bulbs into the bulb sockets (A).

FOR RETURN SHIPPING PURPOSES:

PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE.

2. Carefully place the glass shade

(C) over the base.

Uses (3) Maximum 60WATT Type “A” Bulbs

Or (3) maximum 13Watt CFL bulbs

(Bulbs not included)

Cleaning of your lamp

Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.

Do not use abrasives.

Desenchufe la lámpara, limpiar con un trapo húmedo.
