● 製品説明 pNY326-BLA DNA は、 Brevibacillus 発現システムにおいて、分泌発現

でのコントロールとして用いる発現ベクターである。本ベクターを、

Brevibacillus choshinensis に導入し分泌生産を行うと、0.1 g/l 以上の

Bacillus licehniformis 由来 α-amylase（約 55 kDa）の生産を確認すること

ができる。
