The MT9V013 is a VGA CMOS digital image sensor
with an advanced camera system. This camera system
features both mobile-industry processor interface
(MIPI) and Compact Camera Port 2 (CCP2) serial data
interfaces.

Micron’s compact MT9V013 measures just 1.78mm
diagonally, preserving valuable real estate design after
design. The MT9V013 promises smaller form factors
for cell phones, PDAs, and other mobile products.
Extraordinary Image Quality
The MT9V013 is a VGA, low-power CMOS image
sensor that features Micron’s DigitalClarity technology, which reduces noise levels and enables the sensor to capture superb-quality color images without
increasing power requirements.
Small Size, Great Performance
Along with its 2.2μm-x-2.2μm pixel size and 1/11-inch
optical format, the MT9V013 holds a lot of features
within its small form factor, like programmable gain
and exposure control. Other programmable controls
include horizontal and vertical blanking, horizontal
and vertical image flip, windowing, sampling rates,
and general purpose inputs (GPI).
