Delta Cordless In Field Service Policy
Models: CL096 (9.6 Volt), CL120 (12 Volt), CL144 (14.4 Volt)
and CL180 (18 Volt)
Replacement Batteries and Chargers are available as Accessories for these models. No other
replacement parts will be available for these models.
During the warranty period we will replace defective units that meet the criteria specified in the
Delta Warranty Statement.
•
The Authorized Warranty Service Center shall ship the defective tool to the nearest
Porter-Cable/Delta Factory Service Center. Please include date-of-purchase and a
description of the defect, along with return address information.
•
The Factory Service Center will ship a replacement unit to you, or they will drop-ship
the replacement unit directly to the customer (per the return address that you supply).
•
The Authorized Warranty Service Center will file an Authorized Warranty Service Claim
for Transportation Costs (the actual shipping charges incurred), plus a $15.00 Labor
charge.
The Factory Service Center shall return defective product to the Phillips Road Returns Center.
