One Year Service Request Guidelines
Cami Comfort Homes provides a one year service review by coming to your home to deal with any service
issues that have occurred since your possession date. This visit is conducted by our Customer Care Service
Technician. The purpose of this visit is to ensure all operational components of your home are in order. We will
also discuss the ongoing maintenance procedures, you as the homebuilder, will be responsible for. In addition
to the review, Cami Comfort Homes will inspect concerns that you have outlined on your service request
forms.
Typically, many of the service elements will be performed by our technical team; however, there is a
possibility one or more of our trades/suppliers will be required to perform service work. In this case, your
Customer Care Service team will discuss the scope of the repairs required and the scheduling of a “Trade Day”.
This trade day is when all required repairs will be performed. It is scheduled based on trade/supplier
availability and will take place between Tuesday to Thursday. You will need to be home or provide access for
the trades to perform their work. Having the trades come all in one day reduces the inconvenience for you. If
an appointment is scheduled and access is denied it will be your responsibility to contact and reschedule the
appropriate trades to come back at a later date. If this occurs, we will provide you with the names and
numbers of the trades you will need to contact. In addition to the service review performed by Cami Comfort
Homes, the following form is provided to you so that we can operate our service program to maximum
efficiency.
Please fill out the following form with your service concerns 2 weeks prior to your one year service review.
Please note: This will be the final service check provided to you by Cami Comfort Homes. All future warranty
issues will need to be forwarded to National Home Warranty.
