and this profession has taken me all over the world to all sorts of places.
Throughout that time I have also worked in some of the best and worst
“Conference” venues you can imagine. Oh the stories I could tell!
The Glen Hotel makes it to the top of my list when it comes to service.
Everything about the venue and the great team of people required to run
the place is number one. The staff are friendly and also interested in meeting
and exceeding your needs. The room, catering, materials etc are just as you
arranged prior to arriving. The meals are sensational and arrive on time as
scheduled. The room is attended to and refreshed expertly and efficiently
during each break so the group members can arrive back after their break
also refreshed.

PRICING

CANCELLATIONS
We do understand that sometimes plans have to be altered. Any cancellations
four weeks prior to your function will incur a cancellation fee, this would be subject to
the space being resold.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Our Staff will naturally take every care when looking after your belongings.
The Hotel cannot, however, take responsibility for loss or damage to items
before, during or after your function.
CONFIRMATION OF NUMBERS
Reconfirmation of the number of Guests is requested 1 week prior to the
function date. A guaranteed number of guests must be advised 48 hours
prior, and this WILL CONSTITUTE THE MINIMUM NUMBER TO
BE CHARGED FOR CATERING.
