CAUTION —
This appliance should be used only by people if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given
where children and vulnerable people are present. Children should be kept away unless continuously
supervised. Do not allow children to plug in, operate, or clean the appliance.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the
risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:
1. Caution: Only use the heater on a firm solid horizontal area where all the feet on the base are in
contact with the floor. (Should the heater be tilted or fall over the auto cut off switch will activate)
2. CAUTION: Risk of Electric Shock. DO NOT open or try to repair the heater yourself.
3. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Do not
move or store this heater while it is still hot.
4. WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not
use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the
room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
5. WARNING: Risk of fire - Set the heater outside or in a large open area and well away from keep
combustible material such as furniture, papers, fabric such as clothes, and curtains, etc. at least
3 feet from the heater in ALL directions.
6. DO NOT place towels or other objects on the heater. Do not use the heater to dry or warm items.
7. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used near children or people with disabilities.
8. Always unplug heater when not in use.
9. DO NOT operate any heater with a damaged cord or if the heater malfunctions, has been
dropped or has been damaged in any manner.
10. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations.
Never locate heater near bath tubs, wash areas or swimming pools.
11. To protect against electrical hazards, keep water and other liquids from splashing on or spilling
into the heater.
12. DO NOT touch the control panel or the plug with wet hands.
13. DO NOT run the cord under carpeting. DO NOT cover the cord with throw rugs, runners, or
similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
14. To disconnect the heater, turn the controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet.
15. DO NOT insert or allow foreign objects to enter the grill or any part of the heater, as this may
cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
16. To prevent a possible fire, DO NOT block the air intakes or exhaust in any manner, DO NOT use
on soft surfaces, like a bed, where the heater could tip.
17. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint,
or flammable liquids are used or stored.
18. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use is not recommended by the
manufacturer and may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons. The use of attachments
are not recommended and may cause hazards.

19. Plug heaters directly into a properly grounded outlet only. Avoid use of an extension cord as the
extension cord may overheat and cause a risk of fire. However, if you have to use an extension
cord, the cord MUST be in compliance with the No.14 AWG minimum size and rated no less than
1875W.
20. This unit is designed for a 120V AC electrical outlet connection ONLY.
21. DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this unit. The inside
of the unit contains no user-serviceable parts.
22. Do not move the heater when it is connected to an electrical supply.
23. Do not touch the heater head when it is in use. Wait until it is fully cool until touching or moving.
24. Do not leave the unit on and unattended especially when children and or animals are present.
25. The marking “DO NOT COVER” shall be visible after the heater has been installed. It shall not be
placed on the back of portable heaters.
26. The unit must be placed 3 feet away from walls and any other objects.
27. The unit must be properly assembled according to the instructions.
28. The unit must be securely placed on a horizontal and flat surface.
29. The unit is at high temperature during operation. It remains hot for a period after it has been
turned off. Potential danger would occur when touching it during this period.
30. Do not wrap the power supply cord on the unit.
31. The unit must be handled with care, and avoid vibration or hitting.
32. The unit must be securely grounded during operation.
33. The unit is for household use only. It is not safe to use on a building site, greenhouse, barn or
stable where there is flammable dust.
34. The head of the unit is at high temperature during operation. Unplug the unit and wait till it cools
before cleaning.
35. Do not use this unit in place where causticity or volatile air exists, i.e. dust, steam, gas, etc.
36. Do not use this unit as a room heater.
37. Do not use this unit to warm animals.
38. Do not immerse this unit into water for cleaning.
39. The unit should be plugged in a socket, which is easily visible and reachable.
40. A dark area may exist on the surface of the heating elements during the first few minutes after it
is turned on. This is normal, and will not affect the performance of the unit.
41. The heater must not be located immediately above or below an electrical outlet.
42. Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer, separate remote-control system or any other
device that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exist if the heater is covered or
positioned incorrectly.
43. DO NOT COVER the unit with anything during operation or a short time after it’s shut down.
44. Although the patio heater is shower proof, do not use when raining or in wet conditions.

To assemble:
Use the three 25mm long screws to secure the
Heater Pole to the Base.
Stand the unit upright.
Operation
1. Connect the power cable to a 13 amp supply that is located in a safe, dry
area.
2. Press the left switch on the unit to control the LED light and speaker
3. Press the right switch on the unit to control the heater 1500W.
4. Pull out the plastic tab to use the Remote Control. Replace the battery
when the remote stops working.

Care and maintenance
 When disconnected from the electrical supply, and after it has completely cooled (wait an hour to be
sure), clean the outside of the heater with a damp cloth. Never use corrosive or solvent cleaners or
immerse in water.
