BREW GUIDE
1
Set up your coffee equipment, your OUVER Coffee maker and place the
paper filter in the funnel. Rinse it with a bit of hot water for the filter to
get rid of its taste of paper and to warm up the cup. Discard rinse water.
2
Grind the coffee beans on a setting of 4-5 (1/well ground to
10 /roughly ground).You need 12,5 g of coffee on 200 ml water.
Now put the ground coffee in the filter and flatten it by light beating.
3
Moisten the ground coffee located in the filter with some water
(approx 50g) and leave it to approx. 30-35 seconds of blooming. Allowing
the coffee to bloom opens up the cup and helps develop the flavor of the
coffee. Continue to pour water over the coffee in slow, concentric circles.
4
Pour the water in rotary movements, until the desired grams or milliliters
was reached. After approx. 3-5 minutes the coffee should have run through.
