AIR-WATER HOT & COLD UV/UF SYSTEM
Principles of Operation & Function of Parts
Water flow diagram
Step 1 : Air-Filters
The first filter that air passes through before being condensed and
converted to water. Our air-filter effectively prevents micro particles
and dust from entering the machine.
Step 2 : Sediment Filter
Removes any remnants of foreign particles in the water.
Step 3 : Pi( )-Water Filter
Removes extant odor and improves taste.
Step 4 : U.F Filter
Ultra Filtration Cartridge is simply a bundle of permanently
hydrophilic (water loving) capillary membrane filters. These filters
have a highly porous, asymmetric structure in which the feed water
follows a path from the large pores on the outside wall to the small
pores on the inside wall. Ultra Filter’s patented low pressure
membrane technology is unique for its high flow rates at minimal
pressure requirements and its very tight pore size control (0.01
micron). This results in unparalleled removal of organic
contaminants, bacteria, and cysts.
The unit is fitted with a microcomputer, which ensures proper working
of internal parts to regulate, supervise, and control the functions of
individual parts inside the unit.
Step 5 : Post-Carbon Filter
Removes chlorine, bad taste, odor, sediment extant,
and THM’s sediment. Focuses on removing lead, copper,
chloroform, chemical residuals, herbicides, pesticides,
and other volatile organic compounds.
Step 6 : Ultra Violet Filter
The water collected from the air passes through a germicidal ultra
violet system. Harmful substances in the water are killed by treating
the water through this double-pass ultra violet which allows the
water to a pass through and be treated using strong ultraviolet rays.

AIR-WATER HOT & COLD UV/UF SYSTEM
Installation & Operation
Location of installation
Procedure for operation
1. Avoid direct sunlight, exposure to rain and extreme temperatures (indoor
use only).
2. Place the purifier on a hard, flat surface.
It should not be shaken or rocked.
3. Locate the purifier in a well-ventilated place.
Install it more than 30cm away from the wall to insure proper operation
and air flow.
4. Avoid harmful gas or heat.
In order to be sanitary, the purifier must not come in contact with any
harmful gas or excessive heat.
1. Add water after confirming that the cold water baffle located in the cold
water container is secure.
If the cold water baffle moves, cold water will not be formed
and discharged.
Use only water.
2. Open the hot water faucet after filling with water.
Keep open until the air held in hot water container is exhausted
and water comes out.
Power supplied when the hot water container is empty can cause
trouble.
3. Select cold water/hot water
-The purifier is configured only for cold water at the time of shipment.
If you want to use cold water only:A cold water switch is not necessary.
Cold water comes out upon connecting the power cord.
If you want both cold water and hot water:Turn the hot water switch
to the “ON” position.
CAUTION:
In subzero temperatures, the water containers may freeze and rupture.
Precautions for installation
1. Confirm the proper voltage.
Make sure to use an individual outlet.
2. When the plug becomes disconnected or power is off.
Give the purifier up to five minutes with the plug in before switching on.
3. Grounding.
If a grounding terminal is absent from the outlet, connect a single-core
cord (a Flexible copper wire of over 1.6mm in diameter) to the grounding
terminal located on the back of the purifier, and to a copperplate (over
0.7mm it thickness and 990cm in area). Bury this into the ground as
deep as 75cm.
Installation Order
●Connect power plugs of water purifier part
and water generator part into receptacles.
●Connect ①water supply of water purifier
part with ①water supply of water generator
part.
●Connect ②circulation of water purifier part
with ②circulation of water generator part.
●It is not necessary to connect "tap
connection".
CAUTION:
Never connect the grounding wire on gas pipe.
Storage
1. In case of storing the purifier for a long period of time, open the drain cap
located at the rear and completely drain all water inside the purifier.
2. Clean the purifier with care.
3. Cover to prevent dust from forming on the purifier and store the purifier
in the original box if possible.
