Depthmaster ® 200
Depthmaster ® 200 – visual depth control …
Working with any rotating laser, the Depthmaster® 200,
controls the proper grade on consruction and agricultural
machines. Constant Accuracy Band (C.A.B,) technology
used in the Depthmaster® 200 receives the laser signal and
electronically maintains consistent accuracy over distance.
Constant accuraccy band (CAB)
Maintains “on-grade” accuracy regardless of operating
distances spot size, or rotating laser type. The “on-grade”
band width is selectable and will consistently read either
+1/6” (4 mm) or +1/2” (12 mm) depending on jobsite requirements.
Pole mount
When used with the optional clamp-on assemblies, the
Depthmaster® 200 can be mounted on a round or square
pole for dozer or other applications.
Shake to wake
The unique battery “SHAKE TO WAKE” system turns off
non-essential electronics after 5 minutes of non-use. It automatically turns back on when your machine begins to move
again. If the Depthmaster® 200 is not used for 11/2 hours,
it shuts itself off completely.
Cordless on board battery pack
Over 48 hours of continuous operation with the Ni-cad
rechargeable battery pack.
Memory
When the Depthmaster® 200 is out of the range of the lasers
an LED will blink indicating which way to move the sensor
to find the laser light.
Indicate or Automatic Control
The Depthmaster® 200 can be used as an indicate only system
using the highly visible LED’S for grading or excavating.
Using a control panel, the Depthmaster® 200 can also be used
for full hydraulic blade control.
Indicate/Automatic Control Panel
… during excavation
Patented plumb indicators
Controls the excavator’s dipper arm vertically for consistent
and accurate grade readings.
Magnetic mount
The Depthmaster® 200 is extremely convenient with its powerful magnetic mount. When purchased with this mount, it
takes less than a minute to attach to the machine. No drilling
or welding is required.
Mirror image mounting
Front and back sides of the Depthmaster® 200 are the same
for mounting on the right or left side of the machine.
