Café/Barista Counter Assistant

BASIC JOB PURPOSE


Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Rocky Bay Mosman Park café
Produce a range of quality on-demand beverages and serve a range of prepared foods

levels of agreed menu items and/or
ingredients
Low/no wastage levels
Produce outstanding café experience
Maintain the café and surrounds in
accordance with all relevant legislative
standards

Recruitment criteria:
Essential
 Experience in preparing coffee beverages in a commercial environment
 Experience in basic food preparation and good food hygiene skills in a café environment
 Able to follow direction
 Good time management skills
 Excellent communication skills
 Commitment to a strong customer service ethic
Desirable
 Experience working in a cafe/lunch bar
 Willing to learn latte art
 Use of point of sale software for café
