Application: Specifically used in turbocharger systems for
industrial vehicles, due to its high capacity to withstand
hydrocarbons and/or oil particles in the cooling pressurised air.

Standard wall thickness: 5.5 mm (+1/-0,5mm), 0.22’’ (+0,04/0,02’’)
Main characteristic: The whole hose might be reshaped with the
hands excluding the cuffed ends which are marked with vertical
lines. It acquires a certain shape and maintain it even under
extreme working conditions. The couplings are reinforced twice in
order to avoid breaks or grooves on the silicone during installation.
Applications: Industrial vehicles cooling and heating systems,
cooling systems of every type of motors (cogeneration, automotive,
marine, aviation, etc.). Fluids transport in general industry.

Fasteners which loosen due to vibration are a challenge
in well-supported engine blocks. To keep engines blocks
sealed and prevent leaks we offer different types of hose/fitting
combinations.
These custom engineered connections help the engine block
to withstand extreme heat and vibration, while reducing cost,
assembly and warranty issues.

SILICONE HOSES FOR THE MARINE INDUSTRY
VENA® SIL 500
Marine wet exhaust systems
ISO 13363 and SAE J2006
This product is recommended to the use of nautical
industry and the evacuation for the humid gas of the propulsion
marines systems.
This hose is in compliance with the SAEJ2006 R1 and R3 classes
certified with Lloyd’s Register Type Approval Certificate (TAC) and
with DNV Type Examination certificate (TEC).
It is certified with the ISO/DIN 13363 for silicone pieces used in
the marine wet exhaust system.
Range of diameters: from 6mm (1/4’’) to 508mm (20’’)
Range of temperature: from -50ºC to +180ºC (-58ºF to 356ºF)
Properties: Not affected by anti-freeze or antirust liquids.
- Highly resistant to hardening with very good compression
characteristics.
- Excellent flexibility during the assembly process.
- Excellent resistance to thermal aging and oxidizing agents

FLAME RETARDANT SILICONE HOSES FOR THE RAILWAY INDUSTRY
according to EN 45545-2 & UL94 standards
Description: Flame retardant silicone hose built with a special
silicone formulation and several textile reinforcements, specially
designed to comply with the most demanding Flammability
Standards.
Temperature range: -60ºC to +200ºC, up to 220ºC for short
periods of time. (-76ºF to 392ºF, up to 428ºF for shorts periods
of time).
Standard length: From 1 to 4m (3,8 to 13,12ft). All of our
standard or customized products can
be produced with this option.
Application: Specifically used for cooling & turbocharger systems
and other liquid or air conduction system in any kind of engine
or vehicle subjected to special Flammability Regulations (Railway
industry).

Custom engineered ducting
Custom engineered ducting is produced with layers of fiberglass
coated with SILICONE or NEOPRENE with steel wire spiral inside
the tube.
All of our custom engineering ductings maintain the following main
characteristics: light-weight construction in combination with high
mechanical strength, flexibility, temperature resistance, and comply
with the latest safety properties (flame, smoke, and toxicity). Special
construction compliant with the M1 fire (UNE. 23.727-90) and F1
(NF F16-101) fume classification is also available.

Neoprene hose for the transference of air, fumes, dust and light solids. Particle
extraction and suction
Construction: Manufactured with double reinforced layers of Chloroprene
coated cotton and two spring steel helices. The inner helix is visible and the
second one is trapped between the layers.
Applications: Neoprene offers high resistance to chemical attack in both acidic
and basic solutions. Cotton has better mechanical strength than glass fiber fabric.

Low temperature air ductings
Appropriate for air-conditioning instalations for hot and cold air. Extraction of
welding fumes, harmful fumes and vapours, foul atmospheres and ventilation in
industrial installations.
Vena A/VT3: Coated PVC polyester fabric, with a steel wire spiral in the interior.
- Temperature: from -30ºC to +110ºC (-22ºF to 230ºF)
- Extremely light, compression and flexible
Vena Technoair: Manufactured in polyamide fabric covered with PCV.
- Temperature: from -20ºc to +110ºC (-4ºF to 230ºF)
VENA® INDUSTRIA
Medium or high temperature air ductings for large flow volumes of air.
HPH: High tensile wire helix sewn spirally into a black/grey Hypalon coated
nylon fabric with wear strip. Sewn with synthetic thread. Extremely light and
flexible.
Temperature: -55ºC to +155ºC (-67ºF to 311ºF)
SGS: Fiberglass fabric covered with silicone, with an exterior steel spiral covered
with a silicone section.
Temperature: -55ºC to +300ºC (-67ºF to 572ºF)
Different manufacturing diameters of between 100 and 750mm.
