Pro Paint Sprayer (RentalPro® 210PC HDR)
Electric Airless Sprayer
OPERATION – WHEN USING WATER-BASED MATERIALS.
When using oil-based materials read and follow the Operation manual.
Recommended for rental only with water based materials due to sprayer maintenance
and clean up difficulties which can result in machine damage and associated costs.

This guide is not a substitute for reading and understanding all operation manuals and warning labels supplied
with the equipment. It is important that you read and understand all warnings and instructions before operating
this equipment.
SKIN INJECTION HAZARD: High-pressure spray is able to inject toxins into the body and cause serious bodily
injury. In the event that injection occurs, get immediate surgical treatment. Keep clear of spray tip and leaks.
Engage trigger lock when not spraying.
Follow the pressure relief procedure and wear protective equipment including but not limited to protective eye wear.
FIRE/EXPLOSION HAZARD: Sprayer generates sparks. Use only in well ventilated areas.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW ALL WARNINGS CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY, AMPUTATION OR DEATH.

Follow the pressure relief procedure whenever you see this symbol.

1: Connect Graco airless hose to fluid outlet. Use wrenches to tighten securely. 2: Connect other end of hose to gun. Use wrenches to
tighten securely. 3: Engage trigger lock. 4:Install tip guard. 5: Make certain ON/OFF switch is OFF. 6: Plug power supply cord into a
properly grounded electrical outlet. 7: Turn pressure control to lowest setting. 8: Turn prime valve down. 9: Place fluid intake in
grounded metal pail partially filled with flushing fluid. 10: Place drain tube in grounded metal waste pail. 11: Turn ON/OFF switch to ON
position. Turn pressure control 1/2 turn to start motor. Flush with clean water until clear water comes out of the drain tube.
12: Turn ON/OFF switch to OFF position.

1: Turn pressure control to lowest pressure. 2: Place fluid intake in paint. Place drain tube in waste pail. 3: Turn ON/OFF switch to ON
position. 4: Turn pressure control 1/2 turn to start motor. Allow paint to circulate through drain tube for 15 seconds. 5: Turn prime valve
horizontal. Disengage trigger lock. 6: Hold gun against grounded metal waste pail. Trigger gun until paint appears.
Release gun trigger and allow pressure to build. Engage trigger lock. Inspect for leaks.
If leaks occur, perform Pressure Relief Procedure then tighten all fittings and repeat this procedure.

1: Use spray tip (A) to insert OneSeal™ (B) into tip guard (C). Insert Spray Tip. Screw assembly onto gun and tighten.
2 & 3: Spray a test pattern. Adjust pressure to eliminate heavy edges.
Use smaller tip size if pressure adjustment cannot eliminate heavy edges.

1: Perform Pressure Relief Procedure. 2: Remove tip guard and Spray Tip. 3: Remove fluid intake and drain tube from paint, wipe excess
paint off outside. 4: Place fluid intake in flushing fluid. Use water for water base paint. Place drain tube in waste pail. 5: To flush drain
tube and pump turn prime valve down. 6: Turn ON/OFF switch to ON position. Turn pressure control 1/2 turn operate until the pump runs
steady and flushing fluid appears in the waste pail. 7: Turn prime valve horizontal. 8: Trigger gun until water comes out clear.
9: Turn pressure control knob to lowest pressure (–) and turn ON/OFF switch to OFF position. Disconnect power to sprayer.
10: Perform Pressure Relief Procedure. 11: Remove filter from gun and sprayer if installed. Clean and inspect. Install filter.
12: Wipe sprayer, hose and gun with a rag soaked in water or mineral spirits.
