Product Datasheet 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1. General Description UDinfo SATA Flash Module delivers all the advantages of flash disk technology with the Serial ATA III interface. It is designed with the form factor of 7‐Pin SATA signals and could be mounted directly to Host without any effort. UDinfo SATA Flash Module can operate at a maximum operating frequency of 300MHz with 40MHz external crystal. Its capacity could provide a wide range up to 64GB. 1.2. Product Datasheet 6.4. Write Protect Function (Optional) UDinfo’s JN Series Supports hardware write protect function. It contains a slide switch. By setting the switch can enable or disable the Write protection function. This switch is used to set the device as a write protection device after power up. When the switch is placed at Write Protect side, the data can’t be written to the Flash Module. The module is then set as read only.
