Inspect this product to ensure you have all parts as shown that are required for proper installation.
The valve cartridge has been factory tested and adjusted – DO NOT TAKE THE CARTRIDGE APART. Taking the
cartridge apart will void the warranty.
Ensure that both hot and cold water feeds are properly connected to the marked lav connecting.
This product must be installed by a professional contractor.
Refer to the specification and assembly drawings attached for installation directions.
Flow Pressure –Min. 25 PSI, Max. 80 PSI. Recommended pressure – 50 to 60 PSI.

The owner/user of the faucet must keep this information for future reference.
Be sure your installation conforms to local codes.
Refer to the specification and assembly drawings attached. Faucet is sold partially assembled but shown fully
disassembled for illustrative and service purposes only.
Inspect this product to ensure you have all parts required for proper installation.
Use only a strap wrench or protected/smooth-jaw wrench on any finished surface.
If possible, install the faucet assembly on the sink or mounting surface before setting.
Do NOT use putty during this installation.
Cleaners For Fittings And Accessories
To avoid damaging the surface and working components of the fittings, certain precautions must be taken in terms
of usage and subsequent cleaning as many cleaning agents contain acids for general cleaning and removing calcium
deposits. When caring for your fittings and accessories, please note the following:
-- Only apply cleaners which are expressly intended for the use
-- Never use any cleaner containing hydrochloric acid, formic acid or acetic acid on or near the fitting, as they can
cause considerable damage
-- Do not use cleaners containing phosphoric acid
-- Do not use cleaners containing chlorine bleach solutions
-- Never mix or combine cleaning agents
-- Do not use abrasive cleaners and unsuitable scouring agents such as scouring pads

Screw the nut (1) on the body mixer (3) and place the metal ring
(2).
Screw the nut (4) on the threaded rod (6) and place the small

Unscrew and remove the nut and washer from the control brackets and data cables.
Carefully pull the ‘front’ control wheel off the controls, taking care not to mix them up.

Prepare the basin/countertop to take the control fixing brackets. 35mm/1⅜" diameter
holes are required to fit the brackets.
Feed the control data cables through the holes, then insert the control brackets.

Feed the washer and nut onto the control data cables.
Hand tighten onto the control bracket bodies. Help may be required at this stage.
Push fit the ‘front’ control wheels onto the controls.
FOR MAINTENANCE
•

If required the control bodies can be removed from the control brackets by pulling off the
front control wheel, turning the control bodies counter-clockwise and lifting out.
To refit, position the control bodies in the slots and turn clockwise.

Controller Installation

Remove the retaining screw, insert the inlet
connectors and re-insert then re-tighten the
retaining screw.

All sanitary tapware

electrical connection
MUST be installed
by a quailfied person
in accordance to
local rules and
regulations
IMPORTANT: Once powered up, the control must be programmed within one hour following the ‘Activation setup’ section in the Operation and care guide. This will set the maximum temperatures, maximum run time, hygiene
intervals and ambient light.

Operating the Basin Controller
To turn ON
Press the control once, the control will illuminate Blue and water
will start to flow.
To turn OFF
Press the control once, the water and light will turn off.

Setting the temperature
Default max temperature is 40°C for hot pre-set
COLD
Turn the control counterclockwise, the control will
illuminate Blue.
WARM
Turn the control until the control
illuminates Orange.
HOT
Turn the control clockwise,
the control will illuminate Red.
(max hot temp. is 40°C)

Setting the memory/pre-sets
Up to three memory settings can be stored
To set memory 1
1. Press control once
2. Set the desired temperature as indicated step 2
3. Press & hold down the control until the control flashes Purple,
then release, water off
4. The temperature is now stored by 2 Purple flashes
To set memory 2
1. Press control twice
2. Set the desired temperature and flow as indicated step 2
3. Press & hold down the control until the control flashes Purple,
then release, water off
4. The temperature is now stored by 2 Purple flashes
To set memory 3
1. Press control three times
2. Set the desired temperature and flow as indicated step 2
3. Press & hold down the control until the control flashes Purple,
then release, water off
4. The temperature is now stored by 2 Purple flashes
To access a stored memory; press the control once to select
memory 1, twice for memory 2 and three times for memory 3.

Cleaning (safe) mode
Press the control until the Green light appears, then release, this
will disable the control for 60 seconds to allow the control to be
cleaned without turning on the control or water.

Self check mode
Press and hold the control until the Orange light appears, then
release knob immediately, the system will then run through a
series of diagnostic checks.
The system checks:
1. Adjustment of the valves
2. Red lights up - the valve goes hot
3. Green lights up - the valves go off
4. Blue lights up - the valve goes cold
5. The valves are closed
Once the check is complete you will see:
2x flashes Orange - the control unit is alright
3x flashes Orange - malfunction of the temperature sensor
This function of factory settings is adjustable for 1 hour after installation. If this does not happen, unplug the
controller and restart after 5 minutes.

Reset factory settings
Press the control until the Blue light appears, then release, this
will reset to factory settings. The light will flash Blue twice to
confirm reset.
