ODU Recovery Mode
• Recovery has the same function as in PTP 600
• No recovery access button on PIDU: need to do a 5 sec
on/off/on power cycle to enter recovery
• Recovery can be accessed over all three GigE ports
• If Recovery not accessed within 30 sec, ODU boots
back into main load
– This allows to recover from a power outage which would
have put units in Recovery by mistake.
