QSSX Air Connect Keypad User Instructions
Basic Operation
Note: Play/Pause and Track Forward and Track Reverse keys only function in Bluetooth Connection mode and will not work when Auxiliary Input is selected. In Auxiliary Input
mode, all controls and functions must be controlled from your music device.
Power On/Off
Track Forward/Reverse
Hold the Play/Pause
[Power Off] key for 2
seconds to turn the unit
off. Press any button to
power the unit back on.
Press the Track Reverse
[Mute] key to reverse to
the previous track.
Press the Track Forward
[Fade] key to change to
the next track.
Play/Pause Audio
Press the Play/Pause
[Power Off] key to start or
pause the audio.
Mute
Hold down the Track
Reverse [Mute] key to
mute. To un-mute, hold it
down again.
Adjusting Volume
Press the Volume Up key
to increase the volume.
Selecting Source
Press the Bluetooth
Connection [Disconnect]
key to connect to your
Bluetooth mobile or
music device.
Erase Pairing
Hold the Auxiliary Input
[Unpair] for 7 seconds to
erase all pairings stored in
memory.
Disconnect Current Device
Press the Auxiliary Input
[Unpair] key to use the
music device connected
to the auxiliary cable.
If no source is selected the in.stream
system will use the last selected
source.
Hold the Bluetooth
Connection [Disconnect]
for 7 seconds to
disconnect the current
mobile or music. Note:
this will not erase the
pairing from memory.
Fader
Press the Volume Down
key to decrease the
volume.
Hold down the Track
Forward [Fade] key to
adjust fader settings from
Rear, Front, then All.
Bluetooth Connection:
Auxiliary Input:

pairing list of available devices.
7) When prompted, enter “5555” as the password (if required).
8) Once your mobile or music device is connected or paired, you can now
start playing your music from your device.
The unit is ready to pair when it is not already connected to another
device. To pair your device with the unit, first make sure you are within
close proximity to the unit.
The unit will keep up to 8 devices in its memory. If one of these
devices is in range and has its Bluetooth turned on it will
automatically pair with the system.
If more than one device tries to connect to the unit, the priority
will go to the first device that is available during searching.

Note: In Auxiliary Input mode, all controls and functions must be controlled

only function in Bluetooth Connection mode.
Note: Please ensure all mobile or portable music devices are stored inside the
waterproof compartment located on the front side of your hot tub.
