GENERAL OVERVIEW
The ONDOOR system is a wire free, stand alone, intelligent lock
that uses MIFARE® proximity contactless technology. It provides
an easy to use, secure access solution right on the door. Our
flexible system architecture enables ONDOOR systems to be
created to suit any installation from a simple one or two door
set up to a fully networked control system providing 'real time'
control of access permissions and monitoring.
The system components can also be neatly housed within the
door, creating a virtually concealed access control system.
Offering all the operational benefits of the ONDOOR system,
the INDOOR installation creates a discreet and simple
aesthetic which is hardware independent. You choose your
own handles and escutcheons.

Each individual door is controlled by
an independent BE-Tech lock or, on
external and high traffic doors, the
BE-Tech wall reader with 230v (12vdc)
controller. This allows a range of
electronic options such as the Deedlock
electro magnets. Cards are initially
programmed at the PC using a USB
card writer.
As with the Virtual Network system.
However, by using a wireless hub, the
system is controlled direct from the PC
software and updated information is
transmitted to each SMARTLock.
The INDOOR version of SMARTLock
works in the same way as the ONDOOR
version but instead of the technology
being housed in the surface mounted
door unit, it is neatly and securely
concealed within the door itself.
Door locks are totally independent and
can be applied to a single stand alone
door. Each lock is programmed by
the programming card at the point of
installation. New cards are issued from a
card pack.
The discreet nature of this system
and its improved aesthetic make it
particularly appropriate for applications
where a higher level of security and
control is required, matched with a high
quality look.

applications which have a small number
of doors or users, and where regular
changes to access are unlikely.

ONDOOR - MEANS FREEDOM FROM
WIRES, COMPLEXITY AND HASSLE
ONDOOR is a flexible and adaptable system that can be used for all types of
application. In its simplest form it can be used in a stand alone application for one
or two doors which require only basic control of access rights for a small number
of users. It can also be utilised within a larger, more complex system for a university
accomodation block for example, or for a large number of users and user groups,
controlled from a centralised PC using Windows based software.
In all cases, hardwiring to individual doors is either not required at all or is kept to an
absolute minimum, making it a viable alternative to a keyed security system.
At the heart of the ONDOOR system is a battery operated door lock which provides
stand alone locking for individual doors. The door mounted lock is a compact, self
contained device comprising an external and internal unit which are mounted either
side of the door in conjunction with a conventional mortice lockcase. Each lock
is individually programmed at the door using either a special programming card,
via a hand held programmer or through the system software on a laptop or tablet
depending on the type of system you choose.

The ASL951B range is a wire-free, stand alone intelligent computer based access
control system using MIFARE proximity technology and Be-Tech hotel software.
The RFID technology offers an easy to use and secure access solution for small to
medium size systems.

The ONDOOR BE-Tech Locker Lock provides a high level of security and ease
of operation for lockers and cupboards using MIFARE™ proximity RFID instead of
mechanical keys which require expensive management.

The Locker Lock provides a new level of security for both “Free Use” and “Assigned
Use” lockers. It has two locking modes “Manual” and “Automatic”. The manual mode
requires the card to be re-presented to re-lock the locker, whilst the lock will re-lock
after 4 seconds in the automatic mode.
Convenient for both user and management, with the industry-leading technology,
and an elegant design, ONDOOR BE-Tech Locker Lock is suitable for every style of
locker room and can be integrated within a complete ONDOOR access system.
