TERMS & CONDITIONS
You are hereby invited to submit your tender for above items in subject to following terms
and conditions.

Bids will be valid for a period of 90 days.
Single-stage-two-envelope procedure as prescribed in Rule – 38-2(a) PPRA,
2014 shall be followed. Tender containing technical & financial separate bids,
duly completed, signed and stamped, sealed and in complete conformity
with bidding documents should be submitted/furnished.
The bids should be dropped in the tender box placed in the office of ADC
(Finance), Deputy Commissioner’s complex, Bhakkar, by closing date i.e.
11.12.2017 till 02:30 P.M. The tenders shall be opened publicly on the same
day at 03:00 P.M. in the office of ADC (Finance), Deputy Commissioner’s
complex Bhakkar in the presence of all bidders who bother to attend.
The technical bids of the tenderer must be accompanied by a bid security of
2% of total estimated in the name of Deputy Commissioner, Bhakkar.
Tenders received through Email / Fax on or after 2:30 P.M. of the closing
date will not be entertained/considered.
The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the
acceptance of a bid or proposal as prescribed in Rule 35 of PPRA-2014.
The quality of items can be verified as per requirement of the purchaser.

The delivery period of items would be 15 days from the date of issuance of
supply order at the consignee’s end.
The authority reserves the right to reject the substandard items, demand
compensation and withhold the payment in case or inferior quality & less
quantity that is requisitioned by it.
Conditional Tender forms shall not be accepted.
The firm shall be registered with General Sales Tax Department.
The rate should be inclusive of all taxes including GST. The department will
deduct withholding tax as per prescribed rate.
The lowest bidder (successful bidder) shall be required to deposit
performance guarantee of 5% of bid value. On submission of performance
guarantee his bid security shall be released on inspection of stores. The bid
security of other bidders (unsuccessful bidders) shall be released after
completion of the bidding process.
Black listed firms are warned not to apply; in case of detection as black listed
at any stage, the earnest money will be forfeited and necessary action shall
be initiated.
Note:
1. The bidder should quote complete operational system including Multimedia
Projector, Motorized Projector Screen and installation charges. All the requisite
accessories required for its complete functioning must be quoted.
2. One year parts and labour warranty for all components on site.
3. Maximum of 48 hours down time for all components including replacement of
whole unit anywhere in Lahore, Pakistan.
4. The bidder should clearly mention terms and conditions of service agreements for
the supplied equipment after the expiry of initial warranty period hardware.
5. In case of international/warranties, the local authorized dealers should mention
their service and warranty setup detail of qualified engineers, etc.
6. Please mention the country of origin/manufacturing/assembly of the quoted
brand/model.
