This ergonomically shaped and intuitive instrument allows the observation of environments or even
only hidden particulars in spaces that otherwise are inaccessible by the human eye.
Equipped with a long flexible rod that can be extend up to 2 meters and an LCD TFT colour monitor
that reproduces images with excellent quality and brightness.
The monitor module is equipped with a micro SD slot for recording and it can also be removed:

Flue gas analyser BOSTON
Latest generation of flue gas analyser including the state-of-the-art devices as far as
handiness, easy application and cheapness of management.
Manufactured in compliance with the Standard UNI 10389 and updated according to the
latest regulations contained in the Standard UNI 10845 about accuracy and resolution.
Arranged to house up to 4 sensors at the same time (at choice O2 – CO – NO – SO2 – CO
CO% in environment), it meets a wide range of requirements concerning both civil (wall
boilers) and industrial applications.
Fitted with a graphic backlit, easily readable display, which displays the parameters
measured from combustion and the different setting menus, the latter being selectable by
a comfortable rotary encoder. Also arranged to calculate the mean value from the three
analysis automatically, so to get a yearly supervision at thermal plants. It is supplied in
a strong thermoplastic case containing a condensation filter with aluminium radiator,
fume probe (200 mm and 3-metre pipe), thermocouple for comburent air and
infrared-ray printer to write data. One of the main features of this analyser consists
in the possibility to replace sensors (whenever worn) independently. This is made
possible by the block frame of this device which can be disassembled quite
easily and the features of the sensor which is supplied already calibrated with
management electronics at the rim.
The innovating board of this device is completed by quite a number of fittings,
among which there is a management SOFTWARE by which the device can be interfaced
to any PC; in this way, the analyses performed can be written and a true customers’ file
created.

Manometer for gas pipelines testing
MA 402 PT
This latest-generation device has been conceived based on the experience gained by
Tecnocontrol in the field of specialist tooling applied to thermo-technique.
Its basic frame is got from the already tested micrometer MA 202 which has been then
equipped with sensors and proper functions, of course. It is supplied in a case fitted with
sealing cones, manual pump and other accessories suitable to be used at gas piping. It also
goes with a modern infrared-ray printer of extremely small size and light weight, required to
print the data coming from the sealing test. Simple and intuitive, the new MA 402 PT has
been planned to make professionals’ daily work easier.
Of course, in the design step Tecnocontrol followed the standards about testing and controlling
equipment for gas installations (see UNI 7129 – UNI 11137) in force at that moment.
This device can supply the “LEAKAGE RATE” automatically without any slide rule.

Gas leak detector with semi-conductor sensor calibrated to detect methane and LPG. Its high sensitivity
and comfortable extensible probe at whose end there is a sensor make it a highly practical instrument

The concentration of gas detected is signalled by an acoustic buzzer and a flashing red LED lamp at

The portable MICRO IV instrument unites compactness and great performance.
It very efficaciously protects people from dangerous environments, even in explosion risk
environments, thanks to its ATEX certification.

Multigas detectors
G 450
Instrument for the detection of 1 to 4 types of gas, made with different models according to the number of
sensors to install on board.
It stands out for being extremely easy to use and its overall sturdiness making it suitable for use in more
dangerous areas, even those at risk of explosion, thanks to the ATEX certificate.
Plug-in technology renders the sensors easily replaceable by the user; in fact, they are made with electronic
calibration on board and, therefore, are ready for use.
The alarms, very evident due to the immediate awareness of danger, are acoustic (103 dB), vibrating and
visual with three different display colours for a better identification of the risk.
The storage of past events and the possibility to download the same on a computer for the preparation of
reports complete the general overlook of the instrument.

Multigas detectors
G 460 - DS 400
Instrument for the detection of 1 to 7 types of gasses, created for the
personal safety of the operators called on to work in environments with
dangerous atmospheres both for exposure and for toxicity or asphyxia.
The configuration of the desired instrument is obtained by adding the
necessary sensor codes to the basic instrument: hence, a valid instrument
is obtained to detect the gasses desired.
It stands out for the possibility of supporting sensors with Infrared and PID
technology, which also permits the detection of very peculiar gasses, such
as volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
Manageable, sturdy and complete with every useful accessory are the
characteristics that make it an instrument that is truly incomparable in the
sphere of Personal protective equipment (PPE).
It can also be used in maximum risk areas thanks to the ATEX certification.
