HACCP CHECK OVERVIEW
This new thermocouple has more than just a price advantage. It has three icons which instantly show you when you are in the safe cold holding,
safe hot holding or danger zones for food safety.
The “HACCP CHECK” feature is incorporated in our thermometer temperature to graphically indicate critical temperature zones. The icons
and LED indicators located above the display indicate whether a food product stays in a safe or unsafe HACCP “Danger Zone” temperature. A
Green LED appears with
indicating a safe cool or frozen condition below 4°C (40°F) or appears with
indicating a safe holding temperature
above 60°C (140°F). When temperature is between 4°C and 60°C, the red LED with
will appear and indicate that the
temperature is within the HACCP “Danger Zone” from 4°C to 60°C (40°F to 140°F).
