How to decrease the shock sensor sensitivity of the HPS 544 "Slim Size" alarm?

To decrease the shock sensor sensitivity of the HPS 544 "Slim Size" alarm, follow these steps:

  1. Turn the vehicle's ignition switch to the "On" position.
  2. Press the anti-hijack button (if installed) or connect the gray/black wire to the vehicle's ground.
  3. Press a button on the remote control and release the anti-hijack button or disconnect the gray/black wire. This will start the process.
  4. By pressing the second button on the remote control, the sensor's sensitivity will decrease. The alarm will signal this by emitting a high-pitched "beep". When the sensor's minimum sensitivity is reached (full blocking of the sensor), three ascending notes will sound.
  5. To exit the calibration process, simply turn off the ignition switch.

Note: Calibration is done in eight sensitivity levels, plus blocking.
