Before installation, check the following: 1.Before installation, connect the angle valve to the pipe.
Walls and floor of bathroom should be finished. 2.0pen the angle valve to release water. Let it run until the water clears up.

Bl Make sure installation area is clean and free of any residues. Otherwise,
tape may not stick on properly. Once installed, allow the remote
holder to sit undisturbed for at least 15 minutes.
1.Before installing anything, check to make sure the outlet underneath
the bidet bowl is in good condition and that the work area is clean.
2.Place the wax seal ring on the outlet underneath the bidet bowl and
apply pressure to the seal to make sure it sticks onto the outlet.
3.Position and place the bidet bowl's outlet over the drain pipe and carefully
lower the bidet on to the ground. Once on the ground, press down firmly
on all sides of the bidet to make sure the outlet and wax seal is secured.
4. Fill in the sides of your bidet's base using silicone or caulk. (1)
5.Clean up your work area and do not use the bidet for as long as your
silicone or caulk sealant needs to set. (Check your product label for setting
time.)

Silicone or Caulk seal
Installation and Operation Precautions
1.Do not get cement into the bidet. The cement will expand and may crack the
bidet.
2.Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
3.Do not place the bidet in an environment where temperatures below 32° F. If
the water inside the bowl turns to ice, it may expand and cause the bowl to crack.
4.Do not strike any part of the bidet. Doing so may result in damage to the product.
5.Clean the surface of the bidet with a nylon brush and non-corrosive cleaning agents.
Steel brushes and harsh cleaning agents may damage the surface of the bidet and
corrode pipelines.

The user will know when the function is properly executed indicated by a single audible beep
from the unit. DO NOT rely solely on the icons displayed on the remote's LED screen.

When the user sits on the bidet’s seat, the sensors on the seat will activate
the bidet and it will automatically add more water to the bowl.
If the deodorizer setting is turned on, the function will activate automatically.
This button activates the
front wash funtion. Push it

This feature is only available when nobody is sitting on the
bidet seat. Push the button and water will come out of
the nozzle and dryer area. Push it once and the rear wash
nozzle will come out so the user can remove it for cleaning.
Push it a second time and the front wash nozzle will come
out. Push the “Stop” button to cease function.
Note: Nozzle will automatically clean itself before rear and front wash.

power saving settings. Pushing the button once will activate the auto-power saving mode.

ISSUE
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Bidet does not turn on
Check to see if power plug is connected to wall. If plug
is connected, wall outlet may not have electricity running
through.
Remote control does not turn
on or operate
Battery may be low or dead. Try replacing the batteries.
Bidet does not flush properly
Water pressure may be too low or the filter may be clogged
Some remote control functions
do not activate after pushing
button
Some remote functions are dependent on either the
activation or deactivation of other functions. Some functions
may also only operate under certain conditions. Please refer
to manual for remote functions.
Water flows out around the nozzle
Bidet nozzles will automatically clean themselves before and
after use as well as when the bidet is initially powered on.
Water does not come out of nozzles
during rear and/ or front wash
cleansing
The water supply may have been cut off or the shut off valve
may be closed.There may also be debris blocking the nozzle
or the filter. Check to see if the nozzle or filter needs cleaning.
Water leaks
Shut off valve, water supply hose, and water separater may
not be properly connected
Water, seat, and dryer temperature
is not warm enough
Please check your temperature settings.

* Do not use any harsh cleaning agents on the bidet's surfaces. This includes, but is not limited
to: banana oil, benzene, decolorizers, and diluters. Do not freely pour water over bidet's
surfaces. Doing so may result in short circuiting and/ or fire.
¢ Remove power plug before cleaning the unit.
© Scrub the unit gently with a soft cloth using gentle, non-abrasive cleaning solutions.

| © Nozzle Maintenance and Cleaning ) x
+ Push the nozzle cleaning button. Water will begin trickling out of the nozzle and dryer unit. Push
the button a second time to extend the rear wash nozzle. Push the button a third time to retract
the rear wash nozzle and extend the front wash nozzle. Nozzles can be
cleaned by simply using a toothbrush.
* To replace the nozzle's tip, while the nozzle is extended, hold the tip of
the nozzle and turn it counterclockwise. Then pull the old tip off.
Replace it by attaching the new tip to the extended nozzle and turning it
clockwise.
** Do not forcefully pull or bend the nozzle tip
e Filter Cleaning ) ~

When the water pressure is too low or there is insufficient water coming
out, it may be time to clean the filter.
1.Close the shutoff valve and stop the water supply.
Notice: Do not remove the filter without closing the shut off valve
completely. Otherwise, water will spray out during the process.

2.Remove the filter.
Unscrew the filter cover using a flathead screwdriver and pull the cover off.

3.Clean the filter.
Remove the filter to clean it thoroughly.
Use a toothbrush to clean out the filter
and remove debris.
Notice: Do not use any cleaning agents. Clean it with water only.
Handle the filter gently, otherwise the shape may warp and the filter
may no longer attach properly.

4.Reattach the filter
Reverse the steps above to reattach the filter.
Notice: Check to see that everything is properly installed before re-opening the
shutoff valve.

$ Battery installation
1.Use a flathead screwdriver to wedge open the bottom right corner of the remote. + Steps:
1.Remove the power plug
2.Lift up the bidet portion of the unit (as shown below)
3.Remove battery cover
4.Remove and replace the old battery with a 9 volt alkaline battery.
This will remove the back cover.
2.Using the same flathead screwdriver, or even a coin, rotate the “+” groove
counterclockwise and remove the battery cover. Take care not to let the seal
ring fall out. 5.Flush the unit and check to see if it functions properly.
3. Place 3 volt battery into the remote text side up. 6.Place the battery cover back on when finished and replace the bidet unit on top
4.Replace the battery cover and use the flathead screwdriver to screw the battery of the bowl.

5.Replace the remote control cover.
