Power On/Off the Device

Press and hold the Power button until the device powers on, located on the left side of the device.

Power off the device via press and holding the button and tap Power off.

Push To Talk

Press and hold the Push To Talk button to place the device into broadcast mode, releasing the PTT button will place the device into receive mode.

Adjust Volume

The Device volume can be adjusted by short pressing the Vol + / - buttons on the right-hand side of the device.

Long pressing the Vol + mutes/unmutes the audio.

SOS Alert

Press and holding in the SOS button for 3 seconds will trigger an SOS broadcast to all users connected to the

ToooAir system.

Short pressing the PTT button will acknowledge an SOS alert.

Video Recording

Short pressing the Video Record button will begin recording video, an audible tone will signify the device is in Video Recording mode.

Short pressing the Video Record button will stop the recording.

For supported recording resolution please refer to the specifications located on the ToooAir website.

Audio Recording

Short pressing the Audio Record button will begin recording audio, an audible tone will signify the device is in Audio Recording mode.

Short pressing the Audio Record button will stop the recording.

Camera

Short pressing the Camera button will begin Camera mode, an audible tone will signify the device is in

Camera mode. While the device is in Camera mode, press the Camera button to take a photo.

Short pressing the Video Record button will terminate

Camera mode.

For supported camera resolution please refer to the specifications located on the ToooAir website.

Infrared Mode

The device automatically decides if the camera needs to be placed infrared mode based off the lighting environment when placed into Video Recording, Video

Live Stream or Camera mode.

The device can also be manually placed into infrared mode by short pressing the infrared button located on the left-hand side of the device.

Note, the device needs to be in either Video Record,

Video Live stream or Camera mode to manually adjust the infrared setting.

Sim Card Installation

The device supports NANO sized SIM cards. You can install the SIM card via the SIM card slot located on the left-hand side of the device.

For supported networks please refer to technical specifications accessible via ToooAir website.

BASIC OPERATIONS

ToooAir App Home

The home display gives quick access to the features and on-board files the device contains. Tapping each icon will navigate into each feature.

Tap PTT Call to access the ToooAir push-to-talk voice menu. Please refer to the ToooAir Application guide for further information, accessible from the ToooAir website; https://www.toooair.com.au/Resources

Tap Video Record icon to begin recording video to the device.

Tap the red power icon to stop recording video.

Tap Video Upload to live stream video to the ToooAir server, please note if you are not connected to a Wi-Fi network this will be using cellular data.

Tap the red power icon to stop recording video to the ToooAir server.

Tap Audio Record icon to begin recording audio to the device.

Tap the red power icon to stop recording audio.

Tap File Manager to access the recordings and pictures taken that have been recorded/saved to the device.

Tap the back button to return to the home screen.

Tap File Upload to upload the saved recordings or pictures from the device to the ToooAir server.

Select your desired files and tap UPLOAD to begin uploading the files to the ToooAir server.

Tap the back button to return to the home screen.

Tap Map to access the live map display of the ToooAir fleet. Please refer to the ToooAir application guide for further information.

Tap the back button to return to the home screen.

Tap Msg to access Text Message feature. Please refer to the ToooAir application guide for further information.

Tap Setting to access the ToooAir Push-to-talk adjustable settings. Please refer to the ToooAir application guide for further information.

FURTHER SAFETY ADVICE

• Make sure the volume level is not set too high when plugging earphones and headphones to protect your hearing.

• Observe all corresponding laws that are in force in the respective countries regarding the use of devices while operating a vehicle.

• Please power off the device and disconnect the charging cable before cleaning the device.

• Do not use any chemical cleaning agents to clean the device or the charger. Use a damp and anti -static soft cloth for cleaning.

• Please only use USB cable and USB adapter supplied to re-charge the device.
