2 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Die Videokameras TVCCD-255 (Schwarzweißversion) und TVCCD-255COL (Farbversion) sind speziell für den Einsatz in Video-Überwachungsanlagen konzipiert. Es können Objektive mit automatischer Blendenregelung [AI-Objektive (Auto-Iris), videosignalgeregelt als auch gleichspannungsgesteuert] und Objektive mit manueller Blendeneinstellung verwendet werden. Für Objektive mit manueller Blendeneinstellung besitzt die Kamera zur Belichtungsregelung einen automatischen elektronischen Verschluss (AES).
Die Kameras verfügen außerdem über eine automatische Verstärkungsregelung (AGC) und ein eingebautes Mikrofon. Sie werden mit einem Anschlussstecker für die Blendensteuerung sowie einem Adapterring für C-Mount-Objektive und einem Inbusschlüssel zur Korrektur des Auflagemaßes geliefert.
● Wird die Kamera zweckentfremdet, nicht richtig montiert bzw. angeschlossen oder nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann keine Haftung für daraus resultierende Sach- oder Personenschäden und keine Garantie für die Kamera übernommen werden.
● Soll die Kamera endgültig aus dem Betrieb genommen werden, übergeben Sie sie zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung einem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.
4 Objektiv
4.1 Kamera auf das Objektiv einstellen
Mit den Schiebeschaltern (2 und 3) den verwendeten
Objektivtyp einstellen:

4.2 Objektiv montieren
Achtung! Schützen Sie den CCD-Bildwandler-Chip und die Objektivlinsen vor Staub und Verschmutzung und berühren Sie sie auf keinen Fall mit den Fingern.
1) Den Schutzdeckel (13) abnehmen.
2) Bei Verwendung eines C-Mount-Objektivs zuerst den mitgelieferten C-Mount-Adapterring (12) auf den Gewindering (11) schrauben und darauf das
Objektiv. Bei Verwendung eines CS-Mount-Objektivs den Adapterring (12) ggf. entfernen und das
Objektiv direkt auf den Gewindering (11) schrauben.
3) Bei Verwendung eines Objektivs mit gesteuerter
Blende dieses an die Buchse AUTO IRIS (5) anschließen. Bei Bedarf den beiliegenden Stecker verwenden. Die Buchse hat, abhängig von der Stellung des oberen Schalters (3), folgende Pin-Belegung:

3 Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch
Die Kamera entspricht der Richtlinie 89/336/EWG für elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit.
● Die Kamera ist nur zur Verwendung im Innenbereich geeignet. Bei einer Außenmontage muss sie in ein wetterfestes Schutzgehäuse eingesetzt werden.
● Schützen Sie die Kamera vor Staub, Feuchtigkeit und
Hitze (zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).
● Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung nur ein trockenes, weiches Tuch, auf keinen Fall Chemikalien oder
Wasser.
Achtung! Um Beschädigung von Kamera oder
Objektiv zu vermeiden, vor dem Anschluss des
Objektivs die Stellung des oberen Schalters und die Pin-Belegung des Steckers überprüfen.
5 Montage
Die Kamera kann auf ein Kamerastativ, auf einen
Schwenk-/Neigekopf (z. B. VPT-50 von MONACOR), oder eine Kamerahalterung (z. B. aus der TVH-Serie von MONACOR) montiert werden. Für die Befestigung sind im Kameragehäuse zwei Gewindebuchsen

") eingelassen (9).
6 Anschluss
1) Die BNC-Ausgangsbuchse VIDEO (1) über ein
75-
Ω
-Kabel (z. B. VEC-62/10 von MONACOR) mit einem Monitor verbinden. Dabei auf den korrekten
75-
Ω
-Abschluss am Monitor bzw. bei Serienschaltung am letzten Monitor achten. Bei einer Kabellänge von mehr als 100 m sollte ein Videoverstärker zwischen die Kamera und das lange Kabel geschaltet werden um die Kabelverluste auszugleichen.
2) Die Cinch-Ausgangsbuchse AUDIO (4) mit dem
Audioeingang des Monitors verbinden.
3) Die Betriebsspannung von 12 V über einen Kleinspannungsstecker 5,5/2,1 mm (Außen-/Innendurchmesser) an die koaxiale Versorgungsbuchse (7)
[innerer Kontakt = Pluspol] anschließen. Es ist ein elektronisch stabilisiertes Netzgerät mit einer Ausgangsspannung von 10,8 – 13,2 V erforderlich
(z. B. PS-12CCD oder PS-500ST von MONACOR).
Die Stromaufnahme der Kamera beträgt:

7 Inbetriebnahme
1) Nach dem Anlegen der Betriebsspannung ist die
Kamera betriebsbereit. Die LED „PL“ (8) leuchtet.
2) Nach dem Einschalten des Monitors die Kamera auf den Überwachungsbereich ausrichten. Achten
Sie darauf, dass kein Sonnenlicht direkt auf die
Objektivlinsen trifft. Anderenfalls könnte der CCD-
Bildwandler-Chip beschädigt werden!
3) Am Objektiv die Entfernung einstellen. Bei einem
Objektiv mit manuell einstellbarer Blende diese auf optimale Bildwiedergabe (Schärfentiefe und Helligkeit) einstellen.
4) Ist bei korrekt eingestellter Entfernung das Bild unscharf, das Auflagemaß für das Objektiv korrigieren. Dazu mit dem beiliegenden Inbusschlüssel die Inbusschraube (10) lösen. Durch Verdrehen des Gewinderings (11) ein scharfes Bild einstellen.
Anschließend die Schraube wieder festziehen.
5) Bei Verwendung eines Objektivs mit gleichspannungsgesteuerter Blende (DC-Objektiv) lässt sich der Arbeitspunkt der Regelung korrigieren, falls das
Bild zu dunkel oder zu hell erscheint: Durch Verdrehen des Reglers LEVEL (6) mit einem kleinen
Schraubendreher die optimale Helligkeit einstellen.
Bei Verwendung eines Objektivs mit videosignalgeregelter Blende befinden sich Regler am Objektiv.

2 Applications
The video cameras TVCCD-255 (black/white version) and TVCCD-255COL (colour version) are especially designed for applications in video surveillance systems. It is possible to use lenses with automatic iris control [AI lenses (Automatic Iris)], video signal controlled and DC controlled] and lenses with manual iris adjustment. For lenses with manual iris adjustment the camera is equipped with an automatic electronic shutter (AES) for exposure control.
In addition, the cameras have an automatic gain control (AGC) and an installed microphone. They are supplied with a connection plug for the iris control, an adapter ring for C mount lenses, and a hexagonal key for correcting the mechanical focus setting.
3 Safety Notes
The camera corresponds to the directive 89/336/EEC for electromagnetic compatibility.
● The camera is only suitable for indoor use. In case of outside mounting it must be placed into a weatherproof protective housing.
● Protect the camera against dust, humidity, and heat
(admissible ambient temperature range 0 – 40 °C).
● For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, by no means chemicals and water.
● If the camera is used for purposes other than originally intended, if it is not correctly mounted or connected, or not repaired in an expert way, no guarantee claims for the camera or liability for any resulting personal damage or material damage will be accepted.
● If the camera is to be put out of operation definitively, take it to a local recycling plant for disposal which is not harmful to the environment.
4 Lens
4.1 Adjusting the camera to the lens
With the sliding switches (2 and 3) adjust the type of lens used:

6 Connection
1) Connect the BNC output jack VIDEO (1) via a 75
Ω cable (e. g. VEC-62/10 of MONACOR) to a monitor. Observe the correct 75
Ω termination at the monitor or at the last monitor in case of series connection. With a cable length of more than 100 m a video amplifier should be switched between the camera and the long cable to compensate cable losses.
2) Connect the phono output jack AUDIO (4) to the audio input of the monitor.
3) Connect the operating voltage of 12 V via a low voltage plug 5.5/2.1 mm (outside/inside diameter) to the coaxial supply jack (7) [inside contact = positive pole]. An electronically regulated power supply unit with an output voltage of 10.8 to 13.2 V is required
(e. g. PS-12CCD or PS-500ST of MONACOR). The current consumption of the camera is:

4.2 Mounting the lens
Attention! Protect the CCD image sensor chip and the lenses of the lens assembly against dust and impurities and never touch them with your fingers in any case.
1) Remove the protective cover (13).
2) When using a C mount lens, first screw the supplied
C mount adapter ring (12) to the threaded ring (11) and the lens onto it. When using a CS mount thread, remove the adapter ring (12), if necessary, and screw the lens directly onto the threaded ring (11).
3) When using a lens with controlled iris, connect it to jack AUTO IRIS (5). If necessary, use the supplied plug. Depending on the position of the upper switch

7 Setting into Operation
1) After applying the operating voltage the camera is ready for operation. The LED “PL” (8) lights up.
2) After switching on the monitor, adjust the camera to the surveillance range. Observe that no sunlight directly hits the lenses. Otherwise the CCD image sensor chip could be damaged!
3) Adjust the distance at the lens. In case of a lens with manually adjustable iris, adjust it to optimum picture reproduction (depth of focus and brightness).
4) If the picture is not clear in case of correctly adjusted distance, correct the mechanical focus setting for the lens. For this purpose release the hexagon screw (10) with the supplied hexagon key.
Adjust a clear picture by turning the threaded ring
(11). Then tighten the screw again.
5) When using a lens with DC voltage controlled iris
(DC lens), the operating point of the control can be corrected if the picture appears too dark or too bright: By turning the control LEVEL (6) adjust the optimum brightness with a small screw driver.
When using a lens with video signal controlled iris, controls are provided at the lens.

2 Possibilités d’utilisation
Les caméras vidéo TVCCD-255 (version noir et blanc) et TVCCD-255COL (version couleur) sont spécialement conçues pour une utilisation dans des installations de surveillance vidéo. Il est possible d’utiliser des objectifs à commande automatique de diaphragme
[objectifs AI (Auto Iris), à commande par tension DC,
à commande par signal vidéo] et des objectifs à commande manuelle de diaphragme. Pour les objectifs de ce type, la caméra dispose d’une obturation électronique automatique (AES) pour le réglage de pose.
Elles disposent également d’un réglage automatique de gain (AGC) et d’un micro intégré. Elles sont livrées avec une fiche de connexion pour la commande de diaphragme, un anneau adaptateur pour les objectifs à filetage C-Mount et une clé hexagonale permettant d’effectuer les réglages de focus.
3 Conseils d’utilisation et de sécurité
La caméra répond à la norme européenne 89/336/
CEE relative à la compatibilité électromagnétique.
● La caméra n’est conçue que pour une utilisation en intérieur. Pour un montage en extérieur, elle doit être placée dans un boîtier de protection étanche.
● Protégez la caméra de la poussière, de l’humidité et de la chaleur (plage de température de fonctionnement autorisée : 0 – 40 °C).
● Pour la nettoyer, utilisez un chiffon sec et doux, en aucun cas de produits chimiques ou d’eau.
● Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de dommages corporels ou matériels résultants si la caméra est utilisée dans un but autre que celui pour lequel elle a été conçue, si elle n’est pas correctement montée, branchée ou n’est pas réparée par une personne habilitée, de même, la garantie deviendrait caduque.
● Lorsque la caméra est définitivement retirée du marché, vous devez la déposer dans une usine de recyclage de proximité pour contribuer à son élimination non polluante.
4 Objectif
4.1 Réglage de la caméra selon l’objectif
Avec les interrupteurs à positions (2 et 3), réglez le type d’objectif utilisé :

4.2 Montage de l’objectif
Attention ! Protégez la puce CCD et les lentilles de l’objectif de la poussière et de toute salissure, en aucun cas, vous ne devez les toucher avec les doigts.
1) Retirez le couvercle de protection (13).
2) Si vous utilisez un objectif C-Mount, vissez tout d’abord l’anneau adaptateur C-Mount livré (12) sur l’anneau fileté (11) et posez dessus l’objectif. Si vous utilisez un objectif à filetage CS-Mount, retirez l’anneau adaptateur (12) et vissez l’objectif directement sur l’anneau fileté (11).
3) Si vous utilisez un objectif à commande de diaphragme, reliez-le à la prise AUTO IRIS (5). Si besoin, utilisez la prise fournie. La prise a la configuration suivante, en fonction de la position de l’interrupteur supérieur (3) :

Attention ! Afin d’éviter tout dommage sur la caméra ou l’objectif, vérifiez avant de connecter l’objectif, la position de l’interrupteur supérieur et la configuration de la fiche.
5 Montage
La caméra peut être montée sur un pied de caméra, un rotor (VPT-50 de MONACOR p. ex.) ou un support de caméra (dans la série TVH-… de MONACOR p. ex.). Deux vis filetées [filetage 6,3 mm/ 1 /

"] (9) sont prévues sur le boîtier de la caméra pour la fixer.
6 Branchements
1) Reliez la prise de sortie BNC femelle VIDEO (1) via un câble 75
Ω
(VEC-62/10 de MONACOR par exemple) à un moniteur. Veillez à ce que le branchement 75
Ω sur le moniteur ou, pour un branchement en série, sur le dernier moniteur, soit correctement effectué. Pour une longueur de câble supérieure à 100 m, il est conseillé d’installer un amplificateur vidéo entre la caméra et le long câble de manière à compenser les pertes en ligne.
2) Reliez la prise de sortie RCA femelle AUDIO (4) à l’entrée audio du moniteur.
3) Connectez la tension d’alimentation 12 V , via une fiche d’alimentation 5,5/2,1 mm (diamètre extérieur/diamètre intérieur) à la prise d’alimentation coaxiale (7) [contact intérieur = pôle plus]. Une alimentation stabilisée électroniquement avec une tension de sortie de 10,8 V à 13,2 V est nécessaire
(PS-12CCD ou PS-500ST de MONACOR p. ex.).
La consommation de la caméra est :

7 Fonctionnement
1) Une fois la tension d’alimentation appliquée, la caméra est prête à fonctionner. La LED “PL” (8) brille.
2) Une fois le moniteur allumé, dirigez la caméra vers la zone à surveiller. Veillez à ce que la lumière du soleil n’atteigne pas directement les lentilles de l’objectif.
Sinon la puce CCD pourrait être endommagée !
3) Sur l’objectif, réglez la distance. Pour un objectif à réglage manuel de diaphragme, réglez la distance pour une restitution optimale des images (netteté et luminosité).
4) Si l’image n’est pas nette, malgré un réglage correct de la distance, il convient d’effectuer certains réglages : desserrez la vis hexagonale (10) avec la clé hexagonale fournie ; en tournant l’anneau fileté (11), réglez une image nette. Resserrez ensuite la vis.
5) Si vous utilisez un objectif à commande de diaphragme par tension DC (objectif DC), le point de travail du réglage peut être corrigé si l’image apparaît trop sombre ou trop claire : réglez la luminosité optimale en tournant le réglage LEVEL (6) avec un petit tournevis. Si vous utilisez un objectif à commande de diaphragme par signal vidéo, les réglages se trouvent sur l’objectif.

2 Possibilità d’impiego
Le telecamere TVCCD-255 (versione b/n) e TVCCD-
255COL (versione a colori) sono state realizzate specialmente per l’impiego in impianti di sorveglianza video. Si possono impiegare degli obiettivi con regolazione automatica del diaframma [obiettivi AI (= Auto-
Iris), comandati dal segnale video e DC] nonché obiettivi con regolazione manuale del diaframma. Per gli obiettivi con regolazione manuale del diaframma, la telecamera ha un otturatore elettronico automatico
(AES) per regolare la luce.
Le telecamere sono equipaggiate inoltre con regolazione automatica del guadagno (AGC) e con un microfono integrato. Sono in dotazione una spina di collegamento per il comando diaframma nonché un anello adattatore per l’obiettivo C-mount e una chiave a brugola per correggere la posizione dell’obiettivo.
3 Avvertenze di sicurezza
La telecamera è conforme alla direttiva CE 89/336/
CEE sulla compatibilità elettromagnetica.
● La telecamera è adatta solo per l’uso in interni. Nel caso di montaggio all’esterno deve essere montata in un contenitore resistente alle intemperie
● Proteggere la telecamera dalla polvere, dall’umidità e dal calore (temperatura d’impiego ammessa
0 – 40 °C).
● Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido asciutto; non impiegare in nessun caso prodotti chimici o acqua.
● Nel caso d’uso improprio, di montaggio o collegamento sbagliato o di riparazione non a regola d’arte della telecamera, non si assume nessuna responsabilità per eventuali danni consequenziali a persone o a cose e non si assume nessuna garanzia per la telecamera.
● Se si desidera eliminare la telecamera definitivamente, consegnarla per lo smaltimento ad un’istituzione locale per il riciclaggio.
4 Obiettivo
4.1 Impostazione sulla telecamera
Impostare il tipo di obiettivo impiegato servendosi dei interruttori cursore (2 e 3):

6 Collegamento
1) Collegare la presa d’uscita BNC VIDEO (1) con un monitor servendosi di un cavo 75
Ω
(p. es. VEC-
62/10 della MONACOR), facendo attenzione ad una corretta terminazione 75
Ω sul monitor o sull’ultimo monitor nel caso di un collegamento in serie.
Se il cavo è più lungo di 100 metri conviene inserire un amplificatore video fra la telecamera e il cavo lungo per compensare le perdite dovute al cavo.
2) Collegare la presa d’uscita RCA AUDIO (4) con l’ingresso audio del monitor.
3) Collegare la presa coassiale di alimentazione (7)
[contatto interno = positivo] con la tensione di alimentazione 12 V per mezzo di un connettore per piccole correnti 5,5/2,1 mm (diametro esterno/interno). È richiesto un alimentatore stabilizzato elettronicamente con tensione d’uscita fra 10,8 V e 13,2 V (p. es.
PS-12CCD o PS-500ST della MONACOR). L’assorbimento di corrente della telecamera è:

4.2 Montaggio dell’obiettivo
Attenzione! Proteggere il sensore ottico e le lenti degli obiettivi dalla polvere e dallo sporco in genere e non toccarli mai con le dita.
1) Togliere il coperchio di protezione (13).
2) Se si usa un obiettivo C-mount, avvitare dapprima l’anello adattatore C-mount (12) in dotazione sull’anello filettato (11) e quindi avvitare l’obiettivo. Se si usa un obiettivo CS-mount, togliere dapprima eventualmente l’anello adattatore (12) ed avvitare l’obiettivo direttamente sull’anello filettato (11).
3) Se si usa un obiettivo con diaframma comandato, collegarlo con la presa AUTO IRIS (5). Eventualmente usare la spina in dotazione. I contatti della presa sono, a seconda della posizione del cursore superiore (3), i seguenti:

Attenzione! Per evitare danni alla telecamera o all’obiettivo conviene controllare la posizione del cursore superiore e i contatti della spina prima di collegare l’obiettivo.
5 Montaggio
La telecamera può essere montata su uno stativo, su una testa basculabile/orientabile (p. es. VPT-50 della
MONACOR) oppure su un supporto per telecamere
(p. es. della serie TVH della MONACOR). Per il fissaggio sono presenti sul contenitore due prese filettate [6,3 mm/ 1 /

"] (9).
7 Messa in funzione
1) Dopo aver applicata la tensione di esercizio la telecamera è pronta per l’uso. Il LED “PL” (8) è acceso.
2) Dopo aver acceso il monitor orientare la telecamera verso la zona da sorvegliare. Controllare che la luce del sole non arrivi direttamente sulle lenti dell’obiettivo. Altrimenti il sensore ottico potrebbe essere danneggiato!
3) Impostare la distanza sull’obiettivo. Nel caso di obiettivo con regolazione manuale del diaframma impostare la resa ottimale (profondità di campo e luminosità).
4) Se la zona da sorvegliare non è a fuoco nonostante la corretta impostazione della distanza, si deve correggere la posizione della telecamera. Per fare ciò allentare la vite a brugola (10) per mezzo dell’apposita chiave. Mettere l’obiettivo a fuoco girando l’anello filettato (11). Quindi stringere di nuovo la vite.
5) Se si usa un obiettivo con diaframma comandato da DC (obiettivo DC), il punto di lavoro della regolazione può essere corretto se l’immagine appare troppo scura o troppa chiara: girando il regolatore
LEVEL (6) con l’aiuto di un piccolo cacciavite si può impostare la luminosità ottimale. Se si usa un obiettivo con diaframma comandato dal segnale video, i regolatori si trovano sull’obiettivo.
