Vor allen Instandsetzungs- und

Energiezuführungen (Hauptschalter,
Druckminderventil etc.) abzuschalten!

Wiedereinschalten zu verhindern, z.B. am Hauptschalter ein entsprechendes
Warnschild "Wartungsarbeiten",
"Instandsetzungsarbeiten" etc. anbringen!
Die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung des EQ 2/T, EQ 2/TE ist das Aus- bzw. Einschleusen der Rexroth-
Werkstückträger WT 2 von einer
Längsstrecke in eine Querstrecke im
Rexroth-Transfersystem TS 2plus.
Warning!
The operating and assembly instructions and especially the safety regulations must be read and observed before installation, start-up, maintenance and repairs. The work should only be performed by qualifi ed and specially trained personnel!
The power must always be switched off (at main switch, pressure relief valve etc.) before maintenance and repair work!
Take precautions to prevent inadvertent restoration of power, e.g. by hanging a suitable warning sign at the main switch, such as:
"Maintenance work in progress", or
"Repair work in progress"!

The intended use of the EQ 2/T, EQ 2/
TE is the outfeeding or infeeding of
Rexroth WT 2 workpiece pallets from a longitudinal conveyor section to a transverse conveyor section in the
Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system.
The EQ 2/T, EQ 2/TE may only be operated with the protective case in place.

Einbau EQ 2/T (Fig. 3) in das
Transfersystem, empfohlene
Montagefolge 1- 5.
Der Einbau des EQ 2/TE (Fig. 4) ist im
Wesentlichen gleich, jedoch entfällt die
Montage der zweiten HQ 2/O mit dem
Verbindungssatz.
Zum Einbau (s. Seite 10-25) sind folgende Montageanleitungen erforderlich, Nr.:

Installation of EQ 2/T (Fig. 3) in transfer system, assembly order 1-5 recommended.
Installation of EQ 2/TE (Fig. 4) is pricipally the same, however, assembly of the second HQ 2/O with connecting kit is not necessary.

Zahnriemen seitlich abnehmen,
Sechskantwellenverbindung trennen.
Bei Motoranbau seitlich „B“:
Sechskantwellenverbindung trennen, dann Zahnriemen seitlich abnehmen.
Für BS 2/T:
4 2 x 4 Schrauben auf der
Umlenkseite lösen.
gleichmäßig nach oben entnehmen, dabei nicht verkanten!
6 Zahnriemen seitlich abnehmen,
Sechskantwellenverbindung trennen.
7 Zur leichteren Handhabung ggf.
Gurtführungsprofi l GP 2 abnehmen.
For BS 2/T and BS 2/TE:
1 Remove 2 x 4 screws from the drive side.
2 Remove entire drive unit evenly from the top being careful not to tilt it!

3 When motor is installed centrally
(„A“): remove toothed belt from the side and then separate hex shaft connection.

Dies vereinfacht den Austausch.
Initial operation
Start the system for a moment (max. 2 s) and check that the motor is rotating in the correct direction.
Exchange any two wires (L1, L2 or L3,
Fig. B) to change the motor’s direction of rotation.
Note:
In motors with a factory-installed plug, correct the direction of rotation in the switch cabinet or at the plug coupling (socket side). This will simplify exchanges.

For easier handling, remove GP 2 belt guide profi le, if necessary.

11 Insert L toothed belt around the return rollers fi rst (see “A“, I + II), then around the toothed belt pulley
(„A“, III).
12 Sechskantwelle vor dem
Zusammenbau einfetten mit „gleitmo
585K“, Sechskantwellenverbindung herstellen.
12 Grease hex shaft with „gleitmo
585K“, then reconnect hex shaft.
14 Umlenk- und/oder Antriebseinheit gleichmäßig in Unterteile einsetzen, dabei nicht verkanten und darauf achten, daß der Zahnriemen in der
Verzahnung des Zahnriemenrades sitzt!
