Preparation

Unpack and check for shipping damage. Complete unit shown at right (Fig. 1). Unit has been preassembled and tested for function and air leakage prior to shipment.

1. Install air cylinder in threaded casting, hand tighten.

2. Install short air line from fitting (I) to needle valve

(B) on air cylinder.

3. Insert air line by pushing firmly into plastic ¹/

" opening on the valve.

4. Install air supply line (C) in fitting (D).

5. To disconnect hoses, simply squeeze connector and pull hose out.

Setting adjustment

Adjust working distance by removing quick release Cross Pin

(CF-2001-XP) from frame. Move adjustable arm in or out to desired position. Reinstall pin in selected position. Each adjustment in hole spacing equals 1 / 4 ".

Air flow adjustment

Adjust air flow at the needle valve. Turn clockwise to restrict air and slow piston movement. Turn counterclockwise to increase piston speed and movement.

Important!

Double check desired distance. If compressor is set too loose

(long) it will not completely compress spring and release keepers.

If compressor is set too tight (short), seals will be damaged by the retainer having moved too far down the valve stem.

Preparación

Desempaque y revise por daños durante el envío.

Esta unidad ha sido armada completamente y probada por funcionalidad y fugas de aire. Instale la linea de aire que viene desde el interruptor de pié hasta la válvula de aguja en el cilindro neumático.

Inserte la linea de aire empujando firmemente entre la entrada de plástico de 1/4” en la válvula. Para desconectar las mangueras, simplemente apriete el conector y hale la linea hacia afuera.

Ajuste

Ajuste la distancia de trabajo correcta removiendo el pin de seguridad de el armazón principal. Mueva el brazo adjustable hacia adentro o afuera en la posición deseada. Expanda completamente el compresor usando el interruptor de pié.

Ajuste del Aire

El ajuste del aire que entra en la herramienta se hace desde la válvula de aguja. Mueva la válvula en sentido de las manecillas del relóg para restringir la entrada de aire y minimizar el movimiento del piston. Muevalo en sentido contrario a las manecillas del relóg para incrementar velocidad y movimiento en el piston.

¡Importante!

Asegurese nuevamente de que la distancia de trabajo está apropiadamente ajustada. Si esta distancia está muy suelta, el compresor no oprimirá completamente el recorrido del resorte y no soltará los candados. Si el compresor ha sido ajustado muy apretado, los sellos de aceite pueden sufrir daño por el retenedor al moverse demasiado abajo del vástago de la válvula.
