QUICK START

1. Open your IonPod ® & remove the top mineral

cartridge, inspection slip and/or pH reagent.

2. Replace the mineral cartridge.

3. Add hot water to your IonPod ® .

Replace the cap and shake.

4. Repeat the hot water rinse until the

water runs clear, not cloudy.

Your IonPod

®

is now ready to use.

• Leave the top mineral cartridge in place.

• Fill your IonPod ® with water.

• Replace the cap.

• Wait approximately 5 minutes.

• Turn your IonPod ® upside-down a few times during the 5 minutes.

• Enjoy your healthy alkaline, antioxidant water!

IonPod ® water may be transferred to another container for drinking or short term storage. The IonPod ® will alkalize hot, cold, regular or purified water.

Water pH Testing

You may use the following methods to determine water pH. pH reagent drops (May be provided.)

1. Make IonPod ® water according to the aforementioned

instructions on pg 2.

2. Pour the specified amount of IonPod ® water into a seperate container.

3. Add the specified amount of pH reagent to the test water. Do not add

reagent to the IonPod ® .

4. Match the color of the water to the pH color chart provided with the test

strips. Discard water after test.

IonPod ® Cautions

1. First time users should start with 10 oz daily and gradually increase to

standard daily consumption.

2. Kidney or Liver stressed people should consult their healthcare

professional prior to using the IonPod ® .

3. Prescription drug users should not use IonPod

Cleaning & Maintenance

Daily Cleaning Method

1. Rinse the IonPod ® & mineral cartridge with hot water.

Monthly White Vinegar Cleaning Method:

1. Remove the cap & leave off while cleaning.

2. Add 2-3 tablespoons of white vinegar & 4 oz of water

to a separate container.

3. Pour the vinegar solution through the top mineral

cartridge and swirl in the IonPod

(without the cap).

4. Remove top mineral cartridge & pour vinegar solution

into a separate container.

5. Replace mineral cartridge & repeat until the white film

and/or particles, disappear.

6. Rinse mineral cartridge & IonPod ® with large amounts

of clean water until no vinegar odor remains.
