INSTALLATION STEPS

1. This hitch mounts directly to the vehicle's frame at (2) places each side at existing weldnuts. These holes

are at the rear most point on frame rails. One additional bracket on hitch tongue will mount to underside of

the vehicle's rear bumper. The plastic fascia bumper must be cut away to fit the hitch bracket directly on

the steel bumper surface.

2. Locate hitch to fit the frame rail weldnuts, mark and drill the bumper for (2) 3/8" bolts using hitch

bumper bracket as a template. Drill straight up through the top surface of the bumper beam.

3. Position the hitch on the vehicle and fasten using 10mm bolts into the weldnuts and 3/8" bolts with washers

and nuts at the bumper bracket. Use the nuts and washers at the top of the steel bumper as shown.

4. Torque all 10mm fasteners to 48 lb-ft, and all 3/8" fasteners to 45 lb-ft.




