Introduction

The J-Tech Digital® JTECH-VW05 2x2 Video Wall Processor lets you share a single 4K 60Hz HDMI source image to 4 TV panel displays in a 2 by 2 Video Wall configuration for large-screen presentations and events. The JTECH-VW05 provides high-quality image scaling, easy operation controls and adjustable bezel compensation; which are all essential for the video wall system to perform smoothly as envisioned. This video wall system is a cost-effective solution for using multiple LCD screens together to create a larger-than-life display. Have your 4K UHD content displayed bold & bright in various applications such as advertising, entertainment and public information. Users can combine 2, 3 or 4 flat panel

LCD TVs into one larger display for a 2x2, 1x2, 1x3 or 1x4 video wall with the help of the J-Tech Digital JTECH-VW05 4K video wall processor.

Problems

Power status LED indicator is off and product is not working

Causes

Power adapter is defective or not seated correctly in the power adapter port.

Solutions

Please check if the power adapter is connected properly and press the power button.

The product doesn’t show the right image from the Apple TV 4K or other streaming devices

The wrong output resolution, refresh rate or HDR setting may be used.

Please change the dynamic range to SDR (not HDR) and resolution & refresh rate to 4K@60Hz RGB or

4:4:4.

No audio or video after attaching power or HDMI cables.

The device is not recognizing the HDMI devices properly.

Please ensure that all HDMI cables are seated correctly in their corresponding HDMI ports. If needed, please also try a high speed HDMI 2.0 cable.
