INSTALLATION NOTES
The use of a thread locker is recommended on all screws to prevent loosening due to vibration. It is recommended to wrap the bag that the clamps
come in around the cage before you slide the clamp onto the cage, this will prevent scratching.

A. Attach the clamp base to the round mounting disc with the ½”
Allen screws

B. Loosely install the clamp base to the cage mount pod with the M6 screws using
the #3 screwdriver, place the cage mount pod in the desired mounting location on
the vehicle, once the clamp base is in the desired position, tighten the 2 screws

C. At the top of the cage pod, behind the clamp base drill a ¼”
hole in the enclosure for your speaker wire to run out of, seal
this hole with silicone sealer
D. Place the speaker into the enclosure and mark the 4 mounting
holes with a scribe or marker, Pre-drill the marked mounting
locations using a 1/8” drill bit

D. Connect and install the speaker into the enclosure (be sure to connect the “+”
speaker wire to the “+” terminal on the speaker and the “-“ speaker wire to the “-“
terminal on the speaker) using the #2 Phillips screwdriver

F. Place the mounting clamp on the cage using the plastic bag to prevent scratching, place the cage mount pod in its final
mounting location and secure to the clamp with the Allen bolt and Nut

G. Route the speaker wire away from any moving parts and any
sharp metal, then connect to the amplifier

Amplifier
For proper sound, ensure the speaker polarity is correct connect the “+” to the “+” and the “-“to the “-“from the speaker wire to the amplifier. If using with
an SSV Works complete system refer to the amplifier wiring instructions for more detailed wiring information.
