The Heart of a Centro-Matic

Automated Lubrication System

The P653S is the central pump station that automatically delivers lubricant through a single supply line to each injector in a Centro-Matic system. Individual injectors serve only one lubrication point and may be accurately adjusted to deliver the precise amount of lubrication required. Consult a qualified Lincoln distributor or the Centro-Matic design guide to identify the correct family of injectors for your application.

Perfect for Off-Road Construction,

Industrial & Wind Energy Applications

The fully integrated P653S pump is an example of Lincoln’s commitment to providing innovative, cost-effective solutions through industry-leading advances in technology. This next-generation, lower-cost pump package can be fitted with one of four reservoir sizes and easily adapts to many applications.

P653S Pump Features

• Integrated pump supplies lubricant to a single line parallel lubrication system

• Pumps low- and high-viscosity greases including industry standard NLGI grade 2 grease

• Easily interfaces with telematics technology in today’s heavy equipment

• Operating temperature range from -40°F to +158°F

(-40°C to +70°C) VDC or 32°F to 122°F (0°C to 50°C) VAC*

• Neutral switch allows mobile equipment to remain idling with pump power on but the timer is deactivated – allowing manual lubrication capability at the push of a button.

Benefits

• Integration of major system components reduces labor and overall costs

• Simplifies lubrication system design

• Installation time is reduced due to the "plug-and-play" pump design. Simply mount the pump, connect the power, install the supply line and injectors and the system is ready for operation.

• Eliminates wasted grease by running only when the machine is operating.

“on the fly”

• Single supply line throughout the system decreases the potential for leaks and decreases installation costs

• Substantially improve bearing life by delivering frequent, smaller amounts of grease to each bearing

• Lower maintenance cost by eliminating daily manual lubrication and reducing repairs

• Cut grease consumption by delivering exact amount required to each bearing or lube point

• Improve safety by eliminating the daily practice of climbing over or under machinery to lubricate

• Proper lubrication no matter the environment or weather conditions

• Increase resale value of equipment
